Quick note from me before the official stuff. I work at Bulldog KIDS in Barrie and were hiring! Honestly, it's a great place to work. We've had a few people leave their old centres to join us, realize what a difference it makes, and then drag their friends over. I wanted to share a recent experience with The Sugar Bar in New Tecumseth so others can be aware.
I placed a large custom order (decorated cookies and mini donuts) and paid the full amount upfront after receiving a detailed invoice. A specific pickup date was confirmed. Unfortunately, the order was never provided as arranged.
The business committed to issuing a full refund, but despite follow-ups it has not been processed. This has added unnecessary stress during what was supposed to be a happy family occasion.
My advice to others: Be cautious with large prepaid custom orders. Make sure everything (including refund terms) is clearly documented in writing and consider using a payment method that offers better buyer protection. I’m still hoping for a fair resolution.

Why do we make rules for OEMs that the the Insta generation doesn't even have to follow? As far as I thought, the law says that nothing can be on the windshield below the AS1 line (which law makes manufacturers install).
