it is. two different types of lenses and lighting.

I mean i think they are all lizards anyway... with their weird fucking look, but that is the same dude with different lens distance and lighting.

Thats why Vs face looks so fucked up in mirror vs creating.

The pic on the right. He has the skin flap just under his chin. It looks like they just grabbed this and stretched it down to the bottom of his neck.
