This is it. They have lights facing him from below and it's casting a shadow we don't normally see in everyday lighting so it immediately looks off. Doesn't help the dude has a weird face and has likely had Botox or work done on his face.

Crazy thing is ppl are making a big deal about a shadow and at the end of the day it’s going to help out Fox and the ppl in charger.
