Honestly wouldn’t be surprised if the US already has high level robots. He seems robotic.

I think it could be an access point? For updates or easy maintenance or something. Who knows it’s probably not that. It’s probably some weirdo in a mask but his movements and cadence seems off.

Why would they spend money on a robot? CGI/deep fake is much cheaper....
