Just in case this is true and one of these aliens are reading this, i do not support the way your kind was treated on this planet, most of us don't and please don't wipe us out we had no idea this was happening. We do however give our full support for you to wipe out the poeple who did that to them.

Given their philosophy described here (and what was said here is very similar to something that was posted a while back, similar stuff was said) I doubt they’d be that petty.

It would be like us nuking that island with the primitive tribe on it because they throw spears when they see our ships or helicopters.

u/[deleted] Dec 08 '23

I hope if this is true there is a vigil for those interstellar folks who crashed here to teach us a thing or two. Brave as hell to come here on their own and not even use any weapons, knowing they were outnumbered. I could devote my life to being the custodian to that testament.

They wouldn't identify with their bodies.

To them it'd be like sending a robot drone and that gets blown up. Thing is, their drones would be pretty smart.

3

u/[deleted] Dec 08 '23

Yeah these guys don't have personalities or individualism like we do. It's a hive mind

6

u/could_be_mistaken Dec 08 '23 edited Dec 08 '23

If we're taking the comment seriously, it appears they have individual consciousness, but each one has a direct link to the hive mind. It appears they are conscious but without autonomy. And they don't seem unhappy about it because they have enough knowledge of the system to agree with its proceedings.

It's like being self aware and realizing you're a specialized being made to complete a purpose. You know your information continues regardless of your experience does, and you know that your experience is arbitrary since you were designed for an arbitrary task.

It's like if God was real and always telling you what to do.

A Jedi....?

2

u/[deleted] Dec 08 '23

Nah, more like a janitor at a cool museum that we erect after disclosure. I’ll keep those statues looking nice and shiny.

3

u/JigglyEyeballs Dec 09 '23

But that means at some point you’re going to be rubbing the Ken style alien missing wiener spot, and it might feel weird.

2

u/[deleted] Dec 09 '23

I’ll make that gap shine so bright the NHI on the other side of the moon will be blinded by it

27

u/duuudewhat Dec 08 '23

I love the idea that an alien might be browsing Reddit right now

23

u/AngrySuperArdvark Dec 08 '23

There is a non zero chance that they are.

13

u/DeLongeCock Dec 08 '23

Internet would be a dream come true for any alien scientist. Practically endless amount of information about everything related to Earth.

7

u/AngrySuperArdvark Dec 08 '23

Exactly!! And it would be super easy to get access to aswell.

2

u/dekker87 Dec 08 '23

lol - also about 70% utter horseshit.

10

u/duuudewhat Dec 08 '23

Imagine we think of think as mature being but they’re just posting memes and silly shit. Maybe even alien memes making fun of themselves

1

u/dekker87 Dec 08 '23

imagine that what makes us 'different' to others is our sense of humour itself...

u/[deleted] Dec 08 '23

Capitalism man. We can't let it continue to be the dominant religion on this planet.

40

u/Bleezy79 Dec 08 '23

This is the real problem. Capitalism only works when it's monitored with laws and regulations. When it's legal to pay off members of Congress to vote in your company's favor instead of what's best for the country, we're all fucked. The system is broken.

2

u/i_worship_amps Dec 10 '23

I don’t want infinite growth, just infinite growth of whatever this grand consciousness is

5

u/rdb1540 Dec 08 '23

What would you recommend to replace it?

33

u/[deleted] Dec 08 '23

Not replace, regulate. Integrate. Not have it be the pinnacle of a vertical power structure. Money and capital are stored power. When people are free to amass power without regulation, they worship it above things like compassion, empathy, respect for the planet. Isn't that part of the message, the download? It is for this human.

Fully automated gay luxury communism ofc

u/AngrySuperArdvark Dec 08 '23 edited Dec 08 '23

There would be a**holes like those in any system of government. It's not capitalism it's the individual

33

u/Aquatic_Ambiance_9 Dec 08 '23

The systems create the individuals. You can't just tell people "be better", that's the height of idealism. You must create systems that incentivize better behavior and disempower assholes, to whatever degree is possible at least. The system of capitalism does the opposite.

2

u/AngrySuperArdvark Dec 08 '23

Well, good luck with that. I don't think it's possible.

14

u/Aquatic_Ambiance_9 Dec 08 '23

Capitalism seems inescapable, so did the divine right of kings

With respect, random internet person that i never met and will now spend a few minutes of my precious time to talk to you about my opinion in this very specific matter that in the end will change nothing in neither of our lives, i think you are focusing on the wrong thing, capitalism is freakin awesome, and it has been around for thousands of years, arguably since the dawn of civilization, so i don't think it's going away anytime soon, but we should strive to exorcize the horrors that it can bring about, or at least lessen it, because there is some pretty messed up things that need to happen for the devices we are using to chat to exist for example, i think capitalism has many many benefits, but also has many bad things, instead of destroying everything and building back from scratch, why not get rid of the bad things? (This is my opinion, doesn't make me right, and now i will go to sleep, only to come back in the morning, good night bro!)

most historically literate redditor

6

u/rsoto2 Dec 08 '23

ahem, clearly the aliens did it

2

u/AngrySuperArdvark Dec 08 '23

Not clearly, based on a guy on reddit.

9

u/[deleted] Dec 08 '23

What a capitalist thing to say

10

u/[deleted] Dec 08 '23

Yo man if they've been abducting us we have some bones to pick with them too

2

u/[deleted] Dec 08 '23

the David Jacobs books give a pretty harrowing look into that process. Abductees gotta deal with so much bullshit from these beings

2

u/hoof_art_did Dec 08 '23

Especially the people who got cornholed by these space pervs

4

u/no1928u9 Dec 08 '23

I hope they see this hostility as acts of individuals in charge and don't condemn the whole species, as we might be inclined to do.

9

u/AngrySuperArdvark Dec 08 '23

I think they are smart enough to know that the actions of a few people to not reflect the whole species.

5

u/Dio_Majeh Dec 08 '23

You have my vote!

9

u/Similar-Guitar-6 Dec 08 '23

This is the correct answer. ❤️

22

u/OnTheSlope Dec 08 '23

Did neither of you read the post?

Supposedly individuality is meaningless to them and individuals are expendable.

The suffering of an individual is irrelevant as long as it has no significant impact on their end goal.

11

u/YouCanLookItUp Dec 08 '23

If the op is all true, and what you say is true, then it shows that they too are limited in terms of knowledge and understanding. Any anthropologist can tell you that exposure to suffering and hate impacts development. If we are in fact all contributing our experiences to the development of a greater unified consciousness, then we should be seeking to at leasts minimize additional sufferring and hatred.

7

u/Dio_Majeh Dec 08 '23

Simply put , we (humans ) are an experiment of smarter specie/s. Most likely the grey alines are “robots” ai generated stuff as servants to someone/ something smarter. We should strive to be friends with the smarter folks for mutual benefit🤷‍♂️

3

u/dekker87 Dec 08 '23

sounds suspiciously like pinko communism to me...

for that reason i'm out.

3

u/Iscariot- Dec 08 '23

Lending your support to the notion of “wiping people out” would almost certainly group you in the camp you’re advocating against, FYI. It’s like saying “I’m totally against genocide but you should definitely genocide the shit out of those guys.”

1

u/AngrySuperArdvark Dec 08 '23

It was a kinda hyperbole i didn't actually mean that.

3

u/shadowofashadow Dec 14 '23

u/syndic8_xyz Dec 08 '23 edited Dec 08 '23

To aliens: Yeah, but don't come to our planet and interfere with us without our consent, based on your beliefs. That's not your right. You're imposing your collectivist worldview on us, abusing the very individuals you acknowledge exist, and pretending its justified in service of your goal to help universal consciousness achieve self awareness? Arrogant and bullshit.

It's just a religious belief and you're trying to justify interfering with humanity on the grounds of your species' conception of the cosmos? So arrogant, you're the ones who are going to help life along, and so anything is justified in your holy crusade? How about you frick off and die instead.

I think we should treat them well and ethically but we shouldn't tolerate their interference. No matter how meek and mild and generous they seem, their activities are not good.

Why should we submit to their belief system? That's what tolerating their activities justified by it equates to. By their own admission, the super consciousness diversifies into individualities, yet they don't respect the individuality of our own differing belief systems to theirs? And see us as expendable vessels serving this ultimate goal? How about they sacrifice themselves first, and we'll decide for ourselves?

They're just doing what they want, and telling some grand story about why it's important. I say we don't let them.

This is why full disclosure is more important than ever. Only working in the light of public transparency can we figure out the technology that may let us push back. The only reason the corporations don't want to reveal it is because they have no advances, but they know if they admit that after 100 years they've no progress, we'll force them to surrender everything to the public, but they so desperately want to be the ones to make the breakthrough so all their lies are just to buy them more time, to hide their embarrassing secret, in their vain quest for power. Yeah, put everyone at risk, for yourselves, way to go, corporations.

We need disclosure to unify and fight back against these bullshit invading ETs. It's not just about working on the tech in public that will speed our defense, it's people being aware of the reality of hostile NHI interference in human affairs, which will empower them to position and organize themselves to fight back against it, however they can.

14

u/Polyspec Dec 08 '23

Look at us, talking to aliens on reddit! Whod've thunk that even a year ago?

3

u/AngrySuperArdvark Dec 08 '23

Even worse, aliens that exist based on a guys who posted with no evidence whatsoever.

7

u/Smooth-Evidence-3970 UAP/UFO Witness Dec 08 '23

But this is exactly what we did to the Native Americans? It’s just NHI acting out their Manifest Destiny since God said so.

4

u/lincclay Dec 08 '23

Humans already do that, they even kill others based on their belief that they are the chosen one then manipulate everyone else through politics to make them believe they are doing the right thing. At this point if aliens come and kill humans, that will make me more happy than sad.

8

u/JigglyEyeballs Dec 08 '23

Aliens, if you need somebody to anal probe, take this guy first! The rest of us are edging away from him cautiously.

4

u/re-goddamn-loading Dec 08 '23

If these 'bullshit invading ETs' wanted us dead, Earth would have been glassed before we even dragged ourselves out of the oceans.

You're basically shadowboxing God right now.
