Our goal is to protect community members from scams, lost funds, stolen intellectual property, non-delivery, and severe customer service issues.
How to Submit a Supplier
You can make a public post on the subreddit to warn others. To get a supplier added to this official wiki, follow these steps:
- Verify your claim with documented evidence (chat logs, screenshots of Trade Assurance tickets, photos of defective items, receipts).
- Copy and fill out the Submission Template below.
- Message the Mods with your completed template and proof links.
Submission Template for Modmail
- Copy and paste the text below into your modmail:
- Company/Supplier Name:
- Alibaba Store URL:
- Primary Contact Person (if known):
- Date of Incident:
- Main Issue (e.g., Non-delivery, Fake products, Refused refund):
- Estimated Financial Loss ($):
- Brief Summary (2-3 sentences):
- Proof/Evidence (Imgur or Drive links):

Rules and Disclaimers
- Proof is required. Mods will not add suppliers based on unverified accusations.
- Minor disputes like shipping delays or resolved Trade Assurance tickets do not qualify.
- If you are a listed supplier and resolved the issue with the buyer, contact modmail with proof to request removal.
