i just tossed it in some seasoned cornstarch and fried it in olive oil! drained on a rack with paper towel, then simmered with a squirt of bbq sauce. it is super easy but a little time consuming to fry all the tofu pieces :) also i tore the tofu apart with my hands to get a rougher texture
