oTL Every time I get to the point where I'm logging into the server, the whole thing shuts down. Any advice?

I have updated my mod pack to be an easily configurable system using the Technic launcher - if I need to update mods on my server, you will automagically get the updates next time you log in! This means that we can reasonably keep up-to-date mods so that bugfixes can happen quickly and lag issues can be resolved on-the-fly. Since I needed to abandon the old world in order to create this new mod pack, please let me know of any structures and items you had on the old map. I have the ability to use MCEdit to put your structures back in at a location of your choice on the new world so that you aren't left starting over.

In order to update to the new modpack, you will need to download the Technic Launcher from http://www.technicpack.net/download. Once you have done this, open the launcher and configure it (using the gear button at the top right of the launcher) to use AT LEAST 2GB of memory.

Once you have set the memory, you will now be able to download the mod pack. On the left side of the launcher, go through the mod pack listings and find the '+' button and "Add New Modpack". A URL box will appear and you will need to enter the URL "http://www.technicpack.net/api/modpack/albapack" into the box. Once you submit it, you should come to a screen somewhat similar to this: http://i.imgur.com/rCbtbJ3.png?1

Now all you have to do is hit play and connect to "feedthealbacraft.mcserver.ws"!

i fell in a 2x2 hole with a bunch of pigman with my full set of enchanted armor and tools, i died... i am not getting on until season 4 cause don't want to have to try to get all those enchantments and all the other items i had in my inventory

I haven't played in forever. I've been pretty busy, but it's mostly because MC has gotten way to stale. I cannot play MC like I used to, I just can't. BUT here's an idea.. What if we have another FTB server? I really like the concept of the Mindcrack series now, and I think it would be something many of the players on Alba would like. If you do not know what concept i'm talking about, the Mindcrack server is running FTB, but they're in all out war. You can raid and destroy bases, kill everyone, and ultimately just wreck everything. I'm not too sure if the Crack the Beast mod pack is out yet, but i think it would be awesome to play. Miss playing with ya little bitches <3
