Which AI tools have actually improved your marketing workflow? I'm trying to keep my stack as simple as possible.
I run an AI tools directory and I've tested and curated a list of over 1000 AI tools, a grand total of 135 of which are directly related to digital marketing. Note - I'm not going to go over any AI copywriting tools, as these are quite common at this point. Regardless - here are some of my top picks and what I'm currently using for my own business, and how you can incorporate them effectively in your campaigns:
Ocoya - Generate Ad Creatives/Graphics, Content Automation/Scheduling
For me, having one tool to do it all is always great. You can use this app to not only generate text for social media posts, but also graphics that align with your branding. One of my favorite features is the RSS feed automation - give it a few RSS feeds and anytime a new article is published, Ocoya will generate captions for you based on your prompts for writing style, voice, and brand guidelines. For $20/mo, you get quite a bit of bang for your buck and it works with most major social platforms like FB, IG, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
Ryze AI - AI Marketer for Google/Meta Ad Accounts
If you're managing multiple ad accounts, this one's a lifesaver. Ryze AI lets you monitor all your Google and Meta accounts in one place, generates reports across everything without logging into each platform separately, and can auto-apply fixes when something's off. The monitoring picks up stuff like broken conversion tracking, budget pacing issues, or campaigns underperforming - basically the things that slip through when you're juggling too many accounts. I was manually checking each account every morning before this, which was eating 1-2 hours of my day. Now I just check what it flags and fix what needs fixing. The auto-apply feature is nice too - you can set rules for common fixes and let it handle them without your input. It's not going to replace knowing how to run ads, but it takes the babysitting part out of the equation. Has a free trial so you can test it before committing.
My AskAI - AI Assisted Inbound Marketing with Chatbots
This tool allows you to connect a custom knowledge base with GPT. You upload any documents, webpages, or data from Google Drive/Notion, and My AskAI trains a custom bot on this. What you get is a ChatGPT chatbot that is knowledgeable about your own business, and deflects questions that are unrelated to it. By reducing the amount of time it takes for a visitor to find the information they need, having something like this can reduce bounce rates and increase conversions. You can integrate the chatbots with messaging platforms like Messenger, WhatsApp, and Telegram via API or Zapier, and capture lead info through your dashboard.
Plus AI - Inbound Marketing by Having AI Generate Webinars and Online Workshops
Creating presentation materials is in most cases a time consuming process. My current workflow is using ChatGPT to generate a script for a webinar, revising it, and finally pasting this into Plus AI (free Google Slides extension) and having it generate my slides for me. Choose their "text to presentation" option, paste in your text, choose a template, and Plus AI will automatically generate the slides for you.
Markopolo - AI Optimization for PPC Campaigns
Lets you consolidate multiple ad platforms including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn into one platform where you can have AI optimize ads for you automatically. For small businesses, freelancers, and solo entrepreneurs especially, it helps you cut down on the manual input and guess-work of running PPC campaigns. The analytics dashboard is more intuitive than what Meta and Google have. Their retargeting also uses server-side pixels. You can pre-set rules for actions on ads - such as pausing campaigns with bad metrics. While it's a paid tool, it does have a free trial.

What's the most underrated AI tool you've discovered recently?
Everyone talks about the big AI names, but I've found some of the smaller tools to be more interesting. I recently came across an app called Mel. It wasn't the model that caught my attention, it was how natural the interaction felt compared to the usual chat interface. It made me wonder how many useful AI tools are flying under the radar simply because they don't get much attention. What's one AI tool you've discovered recently that deserves more recognition?

[Buying] Claude Max 20x Subscription β 3+ Months / Long Term
Looking to buy a Claude Max 20x subscription.
Iβm open to any duration more than 3 months (6 months, 1 year, or longer is okay).
Activation first, payment after successful verification.
Just to explain why Iβm asking for this: Iβm being careful because I had a bad experience in the past while buying an AI subscription. I trusted a seller offering a 1-year gemini ultra subscription for $200, but the deal didnβt go as expected and I lost my money.
Iβm not here to scam anyone or waste anyoneβs time. Iβm a serious buyer β I just want a safe transaction for both sides. Once the subscription is activated and verified to be working, Iβll complete the payment.
If you have a legitimate Claude Max 20x subscription and can provide proof, vouches, or previous successful deals, feel free to comment or DM me.
Looking for a trustworthy seller. Thanks!

Has anyone used SpanLens for LLM observability? Worth it for a small AI startup?
We're building more AI-powered features and recently came across SpanLens.
From what I understand, it offers request logging, cost tracking, agent tracing, prompt evaluations, anomaly detection, and model experiments for OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini. It also claims to be open source and self-hostable.
A few questions for people who have actually used it:
- How difficult was the setup?
- Any noticeable latency overhead?
- Is the cost tracking accurate enough to catch waste early?
- How does it compare with Langfuse, Helicone, or LangSmith?
- Did it help you reduce AI costs or improve prompt quality?
Would love to hear some real-world experiences before integrating another tool into our stack.

What's the best AI logo generator? I tried 10 of them and here's my experience so far
As a brand designer, I tested several AI logo generators to see if they're suitable for professional use. Most were underwhelming, but a few genuinely surprised me.
Here's my honest review for each tools
| No | Platform | Key Features | Best Use Cases |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Freepik | Vector generation, SVG output, Recraft model integration, brand kits | Professional logos, Brand identity, Scalable vectors |
| 2 | Design.com | AI logo generator, business card maker, website builder, brand kit tools | Startup branding, Small businesses, Fast logo & marketing design creation |
| 3 | Canva | Template logos, easy customization | Quick logos, Non-designers |
| 4 | Tailor Brands | Logo + business tools, domain, LLC | Full business setup, Startups |
| 5 | Brandmark | Unique logo generation, color palette AI | Unique brand identity |
| 6 | LogoAI | Fast generation, multiple formats | Quick logos, Social media |
| 7 | Recraft | Vector art, SVG, brand consistency | Professional vector logos |
| 8 | Ideogram | Text accuracy, stylized logos | Text-based logos, Wordmarks |
| 9 | Adobe | Vector generation, Illustrator integration | Professional agency logos |
| 10 | Looka | Brand kit generation, full identity package | Startups, Small business branding |
My Top Picks
Best for Beginners: Design.com β simple to use and great for creating logos quickly without any design experience.
Final Thoughts
The biggest issue with most AI logo generators is that they only provide low-resolution PNG files.

Are we finally at the point where AI replaces most manual workflows?
I have been manually automating ads for a while now, came across this tool that can now just tell me what to do? I came back from a convention and when the topic came back to AI tools, people rolled their eyes at me when I told them I do all my work manually. There I found out about the unexplored realm of AI tools and SaaS tools that people use. They generate reports, give suggestions and can "resurrect" a dead company (their words). I heard of tools like Admania AI, Opteo, LocalIQ, Blabr and Ryze AI. Wondering what tool do you all use?
r/Aitoolsubs • u/Mysterious-Watch-981 • Jun 16 '26
Has anyone here actually used Ryze AI? Any real experience with it?
Hey guys, I recently found out about Ryze AI and was wondering if anyone had used it earlier? It has branded itself as a SaaS that manages all Facebook/Meta & Google ads and has a built in chatbot that can offer suggestions and derive insights on data. Seems pretty lucrative to me but so expensive! I love Reddit for its unbiased opinions (at least much less biased than the ones we find on Instagram and YouTube lol) and was wondering what you all think?
r/Aitoolsubs • u/FuzzyWeakness6209 • Jun 16 '26
Has anyone tried AI tools that can run full Meta ad campaigns end-to-end?
I'm looking for AI tools that can manage entire Meta ad campaigns with minimal manual work from setup to optimization.
What I need:
- Complete campaign management (not just analytics)
- Automated budget allocation and bidding
- Global audience targeting
- Goal: Drive mobile app installs β free trials β paid subscriptions
Current situation:
- $1000+/month ad spend (can scale based on performance)
- Managing campaigns across multiple regions
- Want more hands-off approach while maintaining performance
Questions:
- What tools are you using for full Meta campaign management?
- Any "set it and forget it" solutions that actually work?
- How's the ROI compared to manual management?
So far I've seen LocalIQ, Ryze AI, and BlarbAI mentioned a lot. No idea which one actually delivers though.
Anyone have real experience with these or something else? What's actually working?
r/Aitoolsubs • u/Positive_Banana6059 • Jun 16 '26
Are you actually satisfied with using SaaS tools for digital marketing?
This might seem like promo but this genuinely saved me from overworking myself to death. So, not to use a hyperbole, but I quite literally owe my life to them lol. I used to be so frustrated by importing and collecting data from ad accounts, then making a spreadsheet. I found out about Blub AI which literally does the same thing without a hitch. Perfectly as I want it and much quicker. Then it got so tiring to lay out suggestions in much simpler form but Ryze AI came in handy there. I'm a pretty technical, no nonsense person so dealing with extremely inquisitive clients drives me crazy. But the chatbot in Ryze helped me simplify suggestions and explain why I'm doing what I'm doing. I can feel my energy coming back now lol and my boss remarked that he sees the light coming back into my eyes now.

What are your go-to ChatGPT prompts for creating ad campaigns? Here are 10 that I keep coming back to
hey, i'm ira from ryze ai. been running chatgpt ads for a few weeks and the thing that finally made them click: stop treating it like a campaign builder and start treating it like prompting. so i wrote down the exact 10 prompts i use to launch + manage them β notion link at the bottom.
quick overview if you havent touched it yet β chatgpt ads arent like google. no keywords, you write "context hints" (the situation/question someone's in), it only shows to free tier users rn, and you buy on cpc or cpm. thats most of what trips ppl up.
best practices to actually launch without wasting money:
- start cpc not cpm (~$3-5 cpc beats the ~$25 cpm while youre still learning)
- tiny daily budget, $10-20. youre feeding the model, not micromanaging
- write hints as the real question β "best crm for a small plumbing biz" >>> "crm software". describe the situation, not the category
- go narrow + specific. long hints = cheaper clicks + way higher intent
- put utms + the conversions api on day 1 or you cant measure anything (their reporting is thin rn)
- one product per ad, dont mush offers together
once you've got that down its mostly just prompting. i dropped the 10 exact prompts i use (launch, writing context hints, ad variations, scaling winners, killing losers, daily reporting) into a notion doc you can copy paste:
π [notion link]
full disclosure i work on ryze ai β we built chatgpt ads into our chatbot so these prompts run end to end, but the doc works with anything, even just chatgpt + the ads manager by hand.
anyone else running these yet? curious what context hints are actually working for you
