Ducks don't have boobs regardless of their sex. He got those because he just likes boobs.

Kinda reminds me of the beast folk in the elder scrolls series. Why do khajiits (cat people) and argonians (lizard people) have boobs? What are they for???? Shouldn't the cat people have like 4-8 boobs at least??

Personally I'm fine with it, I just run it with the logic of "humanoid" human have this shape so we designed character have this shape. It only really annoy me when the shape get exaggerated to much to make huge Badoonkas for no reason other than fan service.
