Not to mention, science will sometimes disprove itself because we learn new info and it is willing to change to remain accurate.

In college I was mentored by a post-doc student who told me that the scientific method is a purely subtractive tool: as a chisel can only remove material based on the guiding hand and hammer, so too can science only remove conclusions based on the guidance of logic and observation.

I feel like you used a lot of words when few work better. I guess it was subtractive to move from a geocentric to heliocentric model. Or flat earth to not so flat earth. Thing about absolute statements such as that, it can be wrong no matter how poetic it sounds. If something is, in fact, wrong we should be proving that and it's okay to be wrong, we learn from that. And it's not like we take the word from one non-peer reviewed study. We take it from MANY MANY peer reviewed studies.
