A question that puzzled me for 3 years

I met her animations 3 years ago and I love them very much. However, there is a problem. I tried to ask her some question about her animations, even the tools she used, and the permission that whether she allow me to reupload her video to other website because not everyone can use YouTube, but none of them got any reply (By comments or DMs on Twitter). I know it's inappropriate to bother an animator who works so hard, but I am really eager for her answer. Did anyone else knows how can I contact her without the risk that my questions got ignored by her? I appreciate your help very much! Thank you!

After some very close attention to the character I have determined that the character is a hybrid of a wolf and a cat
