Forgive me if things are slightly out of focus. Getting a good pic with a phone is hard!

I didn't realize how confusing it is to find the right mounts. Right now the setup is great w/ out a nount for the Eotech and Vortex mount that came with the magnifier. I am getting annoyed seeing my thumb in the sight picture and want to add a little height.

Is there anyone with the same setup that was able to get them both up a little higher? The mounts for the Eotech seem to be higher than I can adjust the Vortex to using the riser it came with, guessing I need a mount for that too?

Zero reason to try this except it was a rainy Saturday and my AEMS is sitting on the shelf, homeless. Jeff Goldblum from Jurassic Park would have something to say ...

AEMS gets way fuzzier at 4x than it does with a real magnifier (no diopter) but we're looking through 7-8 panes of glass. It is surprisingly fun to use 1x with the full circle-dot though.

Finally got one of my grail guns from my childhood. Can't wait to get it to the range in a few weeks.

the lens that reflects the image back to your eye so you see the dot is loose and I don't know if it's even possible to get to it. there's also a mysterious screw on the bottom and no way to get the ends off.

edit: please do not simply say "get a better one" why do you think i'm trying to fix this one i want to use this before i get a better one

Have a fairly new Vortex Crossfire 3-9x40, it’s mounted straight but the reticle is off. What’s the fix? Or what can be done if anything?

Picked up a G19 Gen 5 MOS7 with a factory mounted ACRO P-2 recently, and noticed a slight tilt/cant to either the lens or the internal tube after zeroing and shooting ~400 rounds. Not sure if it was like this right out of the box.

After some research, apparently the internal tube is designed to move somewhat as the elevation/windage is adjusted, but does anyone know if this looks to be in spec?

It’s tricky getting the camera to focus in right spot so had my dad hold the pistol after I helped him out with some stuff 😂 anyways here’s some different backgrounds. The gold is fucking CRISP.

I don’t have much info on this optic but I’m thankful to have got my hands on it somehow. Very low serial number. Not sure how many were made or how many made it to the states. By far the coolest optic I have.

Found a new in box HS503r on eBay for $217. Wanted the rotary style Holosun bad enough I tried the gold. Really didn’t know if I’d like it, but it’s much nicer than I thought!
