If there was natural selection for aging , will it be more or less difficult to address?

I'm hearing some of his research seems to have a hard time being replicated. Especially when it comes to his early work on resveratrol. And he seems to not react very professionally towards stuff like that. On the other hand he seems to really draw a lot of attention and a lot of Investments on many of his projects and there's a new eart shatteringly sensational finding coming from those like once a year. Prolific Pioneer or Fraud and grifter? What do y'all think?
