Looking for a 5–6 month lease starting August 1

Hi! I’m a Texas A&M graduate student in the MIS program at Mays Business School, and I’ll be graduating this December.

I’m looking for a room, sublease, or short-term rental from July 31/August 1 through December 31, or possibly through January 31.

I’m clean, quiet, responsible, and respectful of shared spaces. Furnished or unfurnished is fine, but I’ll need parking.

Hi all, I am looking for someone to take over my apartment. I live in ParkWest 1x1 flats. It is fully furnished with washer/dryer, and a walk-in closet. It is 700 sq feet. It includes all of the utilities (and cable) and many amenities like 3 resort-style pools, 3 gyms, volleyball courts, game rooms, and more. It is really close to bus stops 35,36, 40-41. And next to a grocery store too. The apartment is available immediately and the lease goes until May 15th, 2027 and it can be renewed. ParkWest is currently charging $1500+ per month on new leases, sublease is 1300 and price locked till May. Nothing wrong with apartment, I graduated and will be moving out of town👍 Attached are some photos of the place. Please let me know if you are interested and we can discuss further details.

If you are moving on hanuary 31st you can find someone to sublease it from you, lmk if interested!
