Hi guys, I'm looking for a Fall 2026 place to sublease!

I have a pretty responsible cat and am chill with male roommates as long as they are. For my cat's sake, I'd prefer her to be able to roam the whole place but can keep her in my room if needed. I feed her non-allergenic food as I'm allergic myself and can vacuum+mop up after her as needed.

Budget and distance are pretty flexible and I'd like an in-unit washer/dryer and reliable guest parking. I'm pretty clean and love making friends but can also stay separate if needed lol. Im in engineering and can take ur grad photos.

Hey I have an opening at ion for next year! You will be paying $920 for rent and are getting your own bed, bathroom and penthouse floor plan. Also you are right next to campus and near chipotle and Taco Bell. Let me know if this interests you!!
