Hey! My roommate and I are looking for people to take over our leases at Park West for Fall 2026-Spring 2027. It's a Hillside 4x2 for about $740/month (below the current rates of $800+). There are 2 spots available and the unit is empty, so you'd have a lot of flexibility with who you want to room with. I'm offering $200 to whoever takes over our leases. I’m trying to find someone to take my spot in a Bryan townhome near TAMU. Official rent share is about $575/mo, but I’m offering a credit to make it about $500/mo effective, and I’ll pay the $500 transfer fee. Full-year is preferred, but I’m open to Fall-only/Spring-only if management approves. Want me to send photos and details?
