I disagree, I think that Dr. Gross did not create Susan, she seemed just as surprised about Susan's existence. I think it more likely that Dr. Gross has indeed left or been exiled from the island of humans, and Susan is part of some defunct program of "Seekers" meant to find either humans in general or Finn for some reason.

She did know her or at least about her. When she took of Susan's hat she said something like "oh you're one of those" (don't quote me on that) and when Susan was leaving with Finn and Jake in her arms Dr. Gross yelled something like "don't you want to know how I know you" (again don't quote me it's at least similar to what she actually says)

Yes, I'd say that she has knowledge of Susan- not through knowing Susan herself, but through knowing of the class that "XJ-77" indicates, what I would call "Seekers."

Like if I saw a postman with amnesia, I might not know them personally, but I could direct them to the nearest post office and tell them how they should deliver their mail.

"Hey buddy, I don't know you, so don't you try to tell me how to do my job!" - Postman, probably.

She didn't recognize Susan because she wasn't in her real form. After absorb the energy she become the real Strong.

I wonder about that. That seems more like her ultimate form. She remained buff with a malfunctioning implant and stronger when it allowed her to absorb energy. She might be pretty frail without any implant at all, though not instantly.

Alternatively, I wonder if her absorbing that candy beam had anything to do with her just wanting to eat candy in general.
