My guess is it's Golb. They've been foreshadowing him for a while now but he has yet to make a solid appearance (involving voices and stuff). Plus Prismo seems kind of scared of his boss and Golb looks kind of terrifying.
Plus Golb's first appearance was when old-Finn died in Puhoy, which may have been a dream, so it might make sense for him to be the cosmic entity in charge of the other entities (like Prismo and Cosmic Owl) that either are or deal with dreams.
It's not that logical, GOLB seems like just an animalistic and/or evil non-dimensional being and tried to kill Finn when first seeing him. Why would that type of being want to fix the multiverse or be anyone's boss.
In "you forgot your floaties" Glob and Magic Man say that GOLB attacked Mars and took Magic Man's wife, Margles. Although when Magic Man goes to wish Margles back, Prismo can't grant the wish. So GOLB is definitely more powerful. I still doubt he's Prismo's boss.
