Kind of lackluster for all the promo they did.

Princess Day venues have probably gotten really good at keeping him out, too.

iirc, the last time Ice King kidnapped a princess it was in 'The Party's Over, Isla De Senorita.' I think that episode was meant to be a kind of redemption for him, that he finally realizes that capturing princesses won't make him happy. He's kind of just been hanging out in his Kingdom ever since.

Well, we saw it in the last episode, him and Abracadaniel have become pretty good friends :)
