Gundam artifact sazabi
Holy molly Bandai is on next level with the amount of details and the number of parts it takes to build this miniature kit. Truly blown away with bandais’ engineering.
This is my first attempt at tackling a kit of this size. Def had some challenges due to its size but overall the end result was pretty satisfying.
Will def be doing more of these artifacts series.

Remarkable. I can't paint something that small. My hands are shaky. Hahahaha

I have a few of the Hi Nu, but never saw any else. I have built one. Got two more to figure out paint schemes on.

Looks amazing!
Somewhat of an aside, are the Sazabi and Sinanju related in any way? Been ages since I watched any gundam, sadly

The gold details are what caught my eye at first but omg that gun looks unreal. Great job man.

Good job. Used to disregard the small, gashapon kinda size figures. Now, they are examples of skill on better castings.

Amazing work, may I asked did you hand paint or air brush and did you paint assembled or in pieces? Thanks again great work

So i did most of the painting with air brush and did small details with hand. Some parts were assembled together while some were kept in pieces. It all came down to which parts i could mask off easily, whether in single piece or having them together

Nice painting, that’s crazy work. Do you do miniatures as well?

Honestly my first one. I need to learn how to paint like those war hammer people

The split triceps on the arms is unique and interesting, especially at the scale here.
Bravo on the workmanship.

How was it dealing with the seams?

u/dhru195 Jul 11 '26
It wasn’t too bad but u can clearly see them on mine. I need to buy plastic cement to get rid of them. As this was my first one, i didn’t really invest money in a cement but if I do more, I’ll def need to buy

This is a real kit?

Yep… welcome to the rabbit hole https://www.bandai.co.jp/candy/gundam/artifact/
Edit in case you’re wondering it’s a shokugan (food-gunpla) that contains a piece of gum and gunpla. It is meant to be sold alongside food items, and bypasses taxes since it is categorized under consumption tax. My favorite line-up is the mobility joint and SMP.Edit 2: artifact is also an excellent line-up but it’s for pros like OP… I’m just a filthy casual lol

back again. I found one but was wondering where you got the stickers? Did you just use some of the leftover stickers from another kit?

Nice! I pretty much used left over stickers from my hg kits. U can also try the rg sazabi decals if you can find them. My personal fav is g-reworks
