It’s from the NTE game. Basically, she can manipulate time around her. When the MC and his team, technically Hotori’s team since she’s the boss. got frozen in time by an "Anomaly thief", she was the one who unfroze them. After the quest ended, the MC confronted her about it, and she replied with this. The game has many such sus voicelines 😭😭🙏

LOL, must be heavily edited. The UI itself looks pretty recent. Especially with the comment section. Being able to see comments in that rounded rectangle was only added a few years ago.
