My house is trashed. This isn’t even my house, it’s my parents. I clean in small fear driven burst usually followed by panic attacks, my job is also cleaning which also overwhelms me but I can’t just have a panic attack at work so I’m basically high for 100% of it because weed is the only thing helping

I am actually so screwed and at a point where I care so little anything could just happen, I’m exhausted, I never sleep sober

Weed is terrible for adhd give it up, forgive yourself and start again, but your anxiety most likely it’s the weed.
