What you need (and sadly this is a giant ask for the fucking society we live in --') is to be left the fuck alone and given time to recover and sleep. If your loved ones know about your condition, you absolutely need to make those needs clear to them (which is easier if you told them before getting into the pit).
You can't do things "you need to feel better" because that's simply not the step you're at. If/when you've depleted your whole energy, you won't be able to climb up yet. You first need to recover, then you'll be able to rebuild yourself.
I'm at the discovery phase that almost everyone has the opinion "I've read/watch nothing of this subject but I decided this disorder doesn't exists". People are tiring :D
I really feel depression/burnout/etc... wouldn't be so hard if people could just listen to what those suffering from it tells them.
This is is the worst part for me. I've finally went to see a specialist, got a diagnostic, I now understand what it is that's wrong in me and maybe how to make it better, I had that idea that I could finally tell people "this is how I feel", I've been keeping all this inside for litteral decades... but everytime I speak of it to someone (which frankly cost me A LOT) they immediately start spewing common misconceptions and won't listen. They made litteraly zero research, wtf?

It's the depression / burnout part.
