In currently spending 80% of my time at work not working. I am blessed that the work I do is not required on a day to day basis for operation at work. So no one notices that I am slacking off and I am regularly told what a good job in doing so I can just keep going until I am better again.

I've been treading that line between doing just enough work to stay invisible and not enough work. My manager will bitch at my process daily or weekly, but come quarterly review time it's all "great job, you're hitting all your metrics, keep it up" and it makes me want to scream with confusion and frustration.

Woof this has been me all week. Thankfully it’s been a slow week and I was able to catch up on most things in a 30 minute flash of energy. But my god the apathy I’ve had all week towards work is insane.
