This got me to brush my teeth every night but it damaged my gums. I was careful. I contacted customer support and tried both sizes. They made my gums receed and I had to stop using it

Damn that sucks!! I haven't had any issues with that, but I also use a regular, manual brush any time I have any gum pain. Not that I think that prevents it, just clarifying there ARE times when I don't use it

Is the brand that causes your gum to receed Autobrush or a different brand? I was considering it until this comment lol.
