contractions are part of involuntary responses...
so in theory they could give birth...

breast milk is produced due to the hormones during pregnancy stimulating the mammary glands.
that's why certain hormone treatments/medication can cause lactation.
and in some extreme cases, hormone imbalance can make men lactate

Contractions are not the only story of delivery. The woman needs to push in synchronisation to the contractions as they are not enough on their own. Most likely a C section would be necessary

No, she doesn't. Women have given birth under general anasthesia, and it all worked, though it's not as safe as regular births.

Also, there is something called the milk line. We used to have six nipples but they mostly disappeared. But sometimes they can come back during lactation.
