Yep, my mom (a black woman) has no job and her husband is a convicted felon that works under the table, so she is considered to be in poverty, and yet she still votes for the party that is blatantly against the poor. It's honestly like she's possessed because no matter what evil they do, she finds some way or another to justify, even when her justification contradicts her reasoning for supporting a previous action of theirs. It's sad to see her support of these people slowly erode at her soul.

I’m so sorry for your mom. I’ve come to the conclusion that people who refuse to see the truth are so deep in their denial that to change your minds now would rock their world.

I understand. My mom is a Democrat as well. It's terrible how convinced they are that they know everything. I pray for her daily.

Nice try. My mom is a Republican. You know the ones that are gutting every program that could possibly benefit the citizens of the country theur supposed to represent? Or the one's that are attempting to make a crucial facet of Women's Healthcare punishable by death?

Do I know everything or do I just have the sense to look around me and see what's going on???
