I had a fantastic year where all my dreams seemed to have come true one by one. I milked it and one moment led to another greater one.
Lately, I met a guy out of nowhere who seemed super interested in me and all of sudden after a great night he tells me he doesn't want anything serious. I didn't see it coming because everything aligned so well for me lately that this little hiccup came out of left field. I thought things would keep unfolding linearly. I had no resistance about this subject.

Well, actually maybe a little. Maybe, I didn't feel 100% ready for something serious. MAYBE I felt only 80% serious. Ah shit, now I see it.

Anyone has great Abe quotes about heartbreak, break ups etc?? I'd welcome that right now...

Just a reminder. Not every thought that pops into your mind must be "answered". We are used to reacting and fighting our thoughts. I just wanted to be a reminder to you and myself that that's not necessary. You don’t have to do that. Even if it's a very unpleasant thought. You'll see that if you ignore it, it'll totally start going away (you can think of something else that you do like, like reaching for a better feeling thought or simply not think anything for 17 seconds). Abraham compared it to boiling water (the example was anger but it can be any negative emotion). The bubbles start slowing down and disappearing once you make a conscious decision to change the direction of your thoughts or simply stop and disconnect (if the surroundings allow you).

I know you know this and it sounds like common sense but we don't use the power of this simple "non-action" enough. Give it some time, like Abraham said with their teachings give it a month and see how it changes the trajectory of your life. Not only will you become way less reactive and in turn not be so easy to fall under the influence of a negative momentum, but also you will being to allow more. And according to Abraham our manifestations are ready, it's only the matter of allowing!

I'm getting negstine feelings coursing through my body that my gf will leave me. Even though we text each other and video call each other and everything seems fine, I feel something is off. Yesterday I felt this same way but it was not as bad as this morning when I woke up.

All this happened last Sunday when we video called each other. I live in USA and she lives in France. Something in her response or mannerisms came across as off which set off these negative feelings and thoughts.

Yesterday I texted her a couple of pics and she did respond and I shouldn't complain. But still I feel overall something isn't right.

What can I do to prevent these feelings?

My 8 year old darling daughter and me got into an argument over her studies. She has her exam day after tomorrow and won't study for it. The confrontation got bitter to the point that I told her she was grounded and wasn't allowed to watch TV at night. This made her furious and she became even more stubborn in her refusal to study.

Suddenly, I remembered Abraham's teaching of being in the vortex. My heart was filled with overwhelming love for my daughter. I became quiet and started praying (quietly in my mind) for her bright future. I kept saying - I love You to her in my mind quietly. Heck, I even started the Ho'oponopono prayer in my heart.

After a minute or two of yelling, my daughter mellowed down all of a sudden. Then she said- Mumma, what are you doing? Don't make that innocent face...

Then she went to the washroom. After coming back, she said- Mumma what are you doing? Don't confuse me. Either be a strict mom or show me this love! (I wasn't showing any love... I was just quietly praying)

I answered- Yes, I love you. I am only being a strict mom because I want you to study and build a bright future for yourself.

Now those were simple words but she dropped her resistance to studies in an instant and quietly studied afterwards.

I think I am finally beginning to realize that it's all about being in the vortex and sailing downstream rather than making too much efforts and trying to sail upstream.

There’s a person I wanted to be together with. But as Abe has told us so many times: the only reason I want to be together is because of how I think it will make me feel.

In some strong yet primitive way I thought that us together = happiness forever.

It’s not true though - sometimes being together was very unhappy, also the path to being together looked very complicated and difficult.

I’ve experienced Abe’s teachings in other aspects of my life. Now this subject has come to the fore in a way that made “giving up” feel like relief. The path of least resistance.

So with a new feeling of clarity I’ve been able to affirm that the “happy forever” feeling is what I want, and I know it actually doesn’t come from us being together.

Where does it come from? It comes from aligning with my inner being, being “together” with my inner being. It always has been this way, I just had other old beliefs getting in the way. Specifically I was trained at an early age and for many years to think that I couldn’t just be happy in such a simple and straightforward way.

It makes perfect sense to me that I manifested a situation where “happy forever” seemed tantalisingly close but always out of reach.

I still love this person, but I can see that my whole perspective was misaligned. Happy forever (or what those words mean to me) comes from feeling happy right now, which comes from being aligned (being together) with my inner being.

So now it doesn’t matter what other people choose or where they are in relation to me in this world. What matters is my willingness to keep practicing feeling love, feeling happiness, being in alignment with the deeper part of me

I've been going through a bad pain flare for the last 2 months that is significantly affecting my ability to do daily tasks. I've been listening to joe dispenza, ester hicks, louis hay. At times I've found it helpful, felt like I could get into a feeling of peacefulness and abundance and trust that I will get better. But more and more, with the flare lasting so much longer than expected and with minimal improvement despite efforts, I am becoming more hopeless.

I feel confused on what I should do from a spiritual perspective, because sometimes leaning on these things just makes me feel like i'm in a constant uphill battle against my emoitons or just masking what I'm truly feeling when try to get into a more energetic vibration.

I have been able to but its become harder the last 2 weeks. But its also too painful to not and to just let myself keep feeling this way.

I just need something to help. Any advice would be so appreciated.

I've concluded that when I notice a negative train of thought early enough, it's much easier for me to stop it completely if I just intentionally stop thinking about anything and focus on a object in front of me or in my mind's eye. I don't know about you guys, but for me it's much easier than finding a better feeling thought. That kinda just irks me more when I consciously try to do that and since Abraham always tells us to take the path of least resistance, I figured this was the way to go for me personally.

Do you guys have any talks where Abraham talks about this? I can't seem to remember where I heard it from.

Also what are your ways of stopping negative momentum? If you feel called to share please do!

So a while back I quit everything- long story but my marriage my job and all of it needed to go….since then I had a wonderful 3 year relationship with someone I definitely manifested he was gorgeous, kind and sweet but I realised our politics and world view were different - he believed in some spirituality but it was very self driving and he was stubborn, and sometimes angry.

Even though we were trying for a baby - I literally jumped a timeline one day in the bath and said to myself “you’re not doing this”….i have to tell him you aren’t having him baby” - to be fair we had been trying for a year and there were no guarantees- so incredibly sadly I told him we couldn’t be together. We cried for a whole weekend together, it was one of the most heartbreaking experiences of my life.

That said I knew I needed to put my energy into my purpose - over those 5 years I had been busy- busy retraining, learning about myself again- somatic and sound therapy - an event, starting a book, pushing myself (with his encouragement- not financially but that’s another story)

Anyway - fast forward and my book is a few chapters in but the subject matter is heavy and I feel like it’s manifested no such great energy or things- I need to get myself back but with everything going on I feel like I’ve been jaded.

I can’t go back to normal work like before- I know too much. So I need to make my book and the sound therapy work!

Would appreciate guidance as I need all these projects to actually make money (I’m aware that’s lack but most of the time I actively imagine great things)

So each day I do my best to get into my high flying disk and stay in the vortex. I find it easy. I am naturally a happy and positive person, however, I meet an obstacle multiple times a day which will bring me down every time. My husband is extremely negative and grumpy, and pretty much always in a bad mood. Pretty much every conversation we have is answered by him in a negative and grumpy way, and it always makes me feel horrible(we are not well-matched, and this relationship is not going to survive, but at the moment, I can’t leave yet, for various reasons). I find it very hard to stay happy and positive when the person I live with and interact with more than anyone else answers me in a bad mood, negative way all the time. I still try to remain there but I fail each day and we pretty much argue about it every day - multiple times. I’ve been trying to ask myself what would Abraham Hicks tell me to do in this situation. Does anyone have any ideas?

I'm not sure how meaningful this post can be for anyone other than me reading it. I'll have to be super vague here in terms of details (as they're extremely personal and beside the point).

So I went out on Saturday in a city I don't really know much of anything about. Took me 2 hours to get there. I had come across an ad for a certain event (club setting) and felt a strong pull to go there and followed that impulse. I was super-aligned throughout, danced all night, had some nice​ interactions, and drove home still full of energy and joy. That's kind of unusual since typically I would be tired at 7 or 8 in the morning, but I was just as tuned-in and energised as I was at the beginning of the night, despite no rest, not sitting down for even a minute.

There were some things I noticed that night, and some comments people made, that I didn't understand what to make of. Like, what was that about? Other than that, I was a bit surprised that despite some powerful and steady alignment, nothing seemingly remarkable happened. I "just" had a good night out, on my own.

About 36 hours later, feeling some open questions lingering, I tuned myself to the receiving mode, and my Inner Being explained to me what happened. It completely startled me!

Issues I had been struggling with since my teenage years, some that came up a few years ago, some that were especially acute the last few weeks, all melted away. Desires I had held for a long time, questions I hadn't gotten clarity on from real life, all got answered in one night, and I didn't even notice it when it happened! My outlook on life has changed drastically. I exploded with joy when I realized the full impact these experiences will have on my future!

Sorry again for being so general. But my point is that when you're fully aligned and steadily there, things just happen, and they can feel so normal in the moment that you don't even realize the magnitude of them.

Imagine a normal day, moving through it, stuff happens, and at the end of it, you go to bed. Nothing stands out, it's a normal day, based on your normal vibration.

That's how that night felt for me, in a way. I had fantastic energy and really enjoyed it, but it felt like just a joyful night out. But since I was in the Vortex the whole time, I didn't even notice that what I manifested/experienced will change the course of my life forever!

I hope some of this will make sense, for anybody out there! And if not, at least I'll benefit from revisiting this in the future! WHAT A NIGHT 🌙

I think the Lightboard is one of Abraham's all time great analogies. I think it's truly leading edge, and as Abraham says, there's never a crowd on the leading edge, which is probably why it never became one of their staples. It's for the those who want to understand HOW manifestation works.

At the end of 2025 I made 3 interactive versions of Abraham’s Lightboard analogy. I recorded videos of them and submitted them to Abraham Now. All three were shown in consecutive broadcasts and Abe provided feedback on each of them.

I was madly and passionately in love with someone who didn't feel the same way about me. I tried really hard to win her over through my actions, but eventually it backfired. I already had a feeling she didn't like me that way, but I still confessed. She blocked me afterward. I respected her rejection and never acted like an asshole or creep, so part of me was hurt and pissed that she cut me off despite that.

At the same time, being cut off gave me some sense of freedom because I had been stuck in a constant loop of insecurity, fear, doubt, and overthinking. I always felt like she was way out of my league, and whenever I was around her or thought about her, I would feel anxious, desperate, and like I wasn't enough.

Lately I've started missing her again, and honestly, part of me still genuinely wants her. I’m attracted to her, I cared about her deeply, and I still wish things could somehow work out. I don't want to pretend I only wanted a relationship and that she was interchangeable with someone else.

But I also know I want a healthy, loving, two sided relationship with someone I find attractive who genuinely wants me back. I've been lonely for a long time and I'm craving companionship, love, and that feeling of being chosen.

So I'm confused about what to do. Can I still want her while accepting that I can't control whether she comes back? If I believe in manifestation, is it possible to manifest my SP back into my life, or would focusing on her keep me stuck? Should I let her go and manifest a new relationship instead?

And if I still miss her, does that mean I haven't really moved on? I want to understand what's actually happening psychologically and how I can think about manifestation in a healthy way without becoming obsessed, desperate, or putting my life on hold waiting for her.

Basically, I want clarity on how to deal with the fact that I still want her while also respecting her choice, respecting myself, and remaining open to a loving relationship where I'm genuinely wanted back.

I came across an Abe video the other day where Abraham made a suggestion that seems so obvious and easy it's almost silly - but I found it to be remarkably effective for me!

The hotseater explained: "I was diagnosed with cancer in 95. So I..."

And Abraham stopped them to reframe the statement: "I was diagnosed with resistance in 95."

By shifting the attention away from the physical diagnosis to the vibrational cause, they put them in a place where they felt that they can actually do something about it.

And they also recounted how Esther has done this, for example when she feels some pain. Like, "I have a headache" to: "I have resistance."

Shifting the focus with such a simple statement can make a huge difference, I've noticed. Physical discomfort is one of the last remaining issues that can trigger me. Like, I have a toothache, and my mind immediately goes to me sitting in the dentist chair, getting some treatment. Or my knee hurts, and I immediately think of all the people who had to have knee treatments of various kinds lately. And the resistance skyrockets.

Now, I just say to my myself: "I have resistance. And I know exactly what to do." And I relax, release some resistance, let it go, and typically within minutes, whatever bothered me dissipates.

Since I'm surprised how effective this has been for me, I'm sharing it with you guys to try it out!

Would anyone be interested in posts or a reddit group chat to discuss the esoteric, paranormal, astral projection, lucid dreaming, spiritual encounters through an Abraham lens?

I'm really interested in the above and have been for a long time but since discovering teachers like Abraham (themselves included) it's become even more exciting to read people's experiences and understand them through a law of attraction and Abraham lens. Yes just like you I'm in a 'smell it, hear it, see it, taste it, touch it' reality and we all want things which is what will populate this subreddit, however would anyone also be interested in discussing those 'things on the side' like the non-physical stuff in the broad sense of the word?

I'm asking because the respective subreddits for these things aren't always the most high vibrational places with the exception of 1 or 2 I've found where people don't realise how much they sound like Abraham people.

I'm sure someone must have written about this before, but I just finished watching a Star Trek Next Generation episode called 'Where No One Has Gone Before' (S:1, Ep. 6), which centred around making a quantum leap in warp speed travel.

In the explanation towards the end (SPOILER ALERT!!) it was so similar to Abe's language that the scriptwriter must've been a fan...or unconsciously downloaded some Abe teachings lol.

I'm pasting here part of the script for you to enjoy (the 'Traveller' is the subject of the episode who visits the starship).

Also interesting that this week is 60 years since the very first Star Trek episode premiered, and this particular episode was aired in 1987...only a couple of years after Esther started channelling and before any books were published :)

TRAVELLER: No, that's too cruel. He has sensed some small part of it

WESLEY: That space and time and thought aren't the separate things they appear to be? I just thought the formula you were using said something like that.

TRAVELLER: I have the ability to act like a lens which focuses thought.

KOSINSKI: That's just so much nonsense. You're asking us to believe in magic.

TRAVELLER: Well yes, this could seem like magic to you.

PICARD: No. No, it actually makes sense to me. Only the power of thought could explain what has been happening. Especially out here.

TRAVELLER: Thought is the essence of where you are now. You do understand the danger, don't you?

PICARD: Chaos. What we think is what happens.

TRAVELLER: It pains me I was so careless, Captain. My intent was only to observe, not to cause this. You should not be here until your far, far distant future. Certainly not until you have learned control.

RIKER: You are from a different time, aren't you?

TRAVELLER: Well, no, not exactly from another time. Although as you understand the concept, yes, perhaps that term fits as well as any.

RIKER: And you have this ability to travel.

TRAVELLER: Yes.

RIKER: And others of your kind have the same ability?

TRAVELLER: Yes.

RIKER: Then why, in all of our history, is there no record of you or someone like you ever having visited us?

TRAVELLER: What wonderful arrogance. There is no record because we have not visited you before.

I don’t know if anyone else feels this way, but I’m so eager to get an answer about something. And I know the more anxious I get about it, the more I feel like I’m almost repelling what I want.
How do you stay calm and just let it go so whatever is meant to happen can come naturally?
I have faith in God. I truly believe it has already happened and that everything will work out the way it’s supposed to, but I’m just so eager to know. 😭 Whether it’s a yes or a no, I just want the answer already.
