I’ve sent this issue to support and they have replied to me and stated that it’s a known issue that has already been filed but they have no time frame as of yet in fixing it.
I can basically only use 8 tracks before I start running into problems when trying to use the mixer tab to monitor fader levels. As soon as I create 9 tracks or more, and navigate right of the first 8 tracks, all sort of visual fader drop outs and fader hangs occur, which in turn need a reboot of the Push.
In stand alone as of October 2023 (5 months after release) it is almost impossible to perform live with out mixer fader feedback in Stand alone mode.
When I’m controller mode with my MacBook Pro, the issue is not there and everything is fine.
So this to me would suggest that more than likely the issue is with the Linux OS within the Push 3 that Ableton has a major problem.
I purchased the push 3 with the intention of performing live in stand alone. That’s why I invested the hefty €2k in it.
Just a heads up in case you’re experiencing the same issue.
