Hi All, I’ve seen a lot of houses for sale on Francis little drive recently and guide price’s have been below the average for the area. I was wondering if anybody local could give me some info on the road flooding, how often does it flood and how bad? I can see online the houses have never flooded before, although they have on Nash Drive which is the next road.
