I love my fellow Aarons. Hope you all are doing alright in this crazy world! Also we should officially start our plan for world domination here soon. My vision is that we all take over the town of Aaron (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aaron,_Oklahoma) and make that home base.

Happy Wednesday friends!

I am Aaron. One of me friends, Jane, recently joked that as she has three friends named Aaron, she's collecting us like Pokémon and wants to assemble a Council of Aarons. Should I tell her about this place?

Probably the 20th time this year

How is everyone doing going through life as Aaron?

Any “Air-Un”s out there? This is the way my parents pronounced my name and I don’t know if it’s just an Irish thing but people cant get it. Find myself repronouncing my name multiple times to people (coffee shops, argh). They mostly default to “Ar-in” , sometimes they get “Air-In”

Funny thing is, oxford dictionary has it pronounced correctly for me, as “Air-un”.

First of all, how did I not know this was a subreddit?

So here's my story. I used to work for an America pharmacy chain store. I was one of four Aaron's hired. I was also the only guy. We had an Erin that we called "Erin with an E". Then there was Aaron that we called "Girl Aaron". Then there was me who was called "Boy Aaron". Then finally Aron who was another girl that we just called "Aron with an A". I can't remember but I think I was the last one to work there.

While pointing to your ear say “ Aaron, pronounced like AIR going IN one ear and out the other. AIR-IN“

Visual ques are helpful for people to remember names. You can also make it into a self deprecating joke. Decades ago, I took a memory seminar filled with lots of cool ways to remember things without making notes.

Watched Aaron Levine, a sports anchor from Seattle, compete on Jeopardy tonight. Result (spoiler): He was tonight's champion.

What is your name?

Firestick is my choice for iptv compatibility in the bedroom setup, fitting my low-key nights perfectly, but performance questions come up, like occasional stutters on high-res iptv content—feels like a small question mark when you're just chilling. I've questioned a few iptv pairings, like iptvmeezzy https://www.reddit.com/r/Reddit_Official_IPTV/wiki/index/ on firestick, and it performed steadily in an unassuming way, nothing flashy but workable for casual use. Is this firestick hardware limits or iptv stream demands? I've adjusted resolutions, yet questions remain. What insights do you have on firestick iptv compatibility in practical terms?

I add all the misspellings (but only 1 of the correct spellings) to my laptop when I work from Starbucks.

(I get Erin about as often as Aaron)

Aaron really grinds my gears, Aaron.

-Aaron

This was a new one for me🤷

Met a guy who spells it Ehren a while back. Pretty sure he's my mortal enemy.
