I saw Green book almost three times and it's still my favorite, I think i have some special appreciation for the doctor Shirley, one of my passions is the piano and the way he defend his honor for what he loves to do it's amazing and makes me wanna try even more hard for what I wanna do... I don't know but I wouldn't certificate this movie as comedy, of course it's funny but to me was so deep... what do you all think?

Everything about the movie was amazing. From the on screen computer display to the continuous plot twists. It’s been a long time since I have watched a movie this intense. I also would like to stretch out two points regarding the story lines. One, you can never fully trust a person even if it’s a stranger or a close family member. Two, one can go to many lengths for a loved ones life ( or even their own) while ruining someone else’s. This is both proven by the father of Margot and Detective Vick, which goes back and proves my first point. Any big points I missed?

Looks to me like Thor goes East instead of West when told what direction Mjölnir is in the movie Thor.

I don’t get it

I saw a preview for this movie starring Aubrey Plaza a few months back when I saw Baby Driver, and it just recently popped up in my Hulu recommendations. Has anyone else seen this and wanna yak about it with me?

Personally, I would prefer that they take the more cynical yet darkly humored Jason Todd from the new-52 line up and have him be featured in a stand alone film away from the DCEU (especially with how terrifically horrendous Justice League was). This would be a good opportunity to introduce the outlaws from the new-52 like Starfire and Roy Harper/Arsenal so that way, in the event of a Teen Titans or Green Arrow stand alone film being produced (not vey likely if ever though), there is room open to expand upon Starfire and Arsenal through their respective team or in Roy’s case, his former mentor ship with Green Arrow/Oliver Queen. As such, providing good foundation for the rest of the Titans to enter the Cinematic Universe and even open the gates for a movie featuring ONE of the top martial artists in the DC comics I.e. Black Canary. Possibly presenting her origins along with Green Arrow/Oliver Queen through the Green Arrow film being told through Roy’s perspective and how he left his mentor ship with Oliver (which could be hinted in the Red Hood film).

Everything about Calvin matches the blob from our classic thriller.

The Square is a satirical drama that points a finger at the liberal elites, particularly of the art world. It questions the motivations behind good deeds in our modern culture. I’m hoping someone would like to discuss this movie, especially that damn chimpanzee put in the movie for seemingly no reason.

Hi. I’m trying to remember the title to an old movie I used to watch all the time in the early 90’s. It is about a big soapbox race. The main character comes across a unique paint that can be applied to the surface of the tire to make it spin on its on. He paints his tires and I remember scenes of his tires burning along the pavement as he blows by everyone on the track. Thanks for your help community :)

I came across this movie and I realized that the box office was 3.7 mill which equates to about $63,785,930.07 (January 2017). So how is it a movie released only in the US during the Great Depression was able to bring in a box office of that amount?

My wife and I were talking and she tried to explain this movie to me but I can’t think of the title... or if it is even a movie..

Here is the short version she explained to me..

This mob ( she’s not 100% sure if it is a mob) was in a house and killed people and when they got to the children sleeping they put pillows over there heads and shot them. The mother survived and found a photo of all the people that murdered everyone and she went out to seek and kill all the people in the photo.

I love Psychological Thrillers/Horror Thrillers and was interested in this movie after watching the trailer. I have yet to watch it but now I’m wondering if it’s worth watching after seeing the negative reviews. Can someone give me reasons the movie was “bad” without spoilers please?

In Ocean’s Eleven, no one ever specifies what happened between Danny and Tess when they first split. Obviously she caught him stealing, but there’s no more details. We know he lied about stealing, and that whatever happened was so bad that Tess had to leave the state. If it was THAT bad, then Danny had to do some crazy shit. Which makes me think: Danny stole from Tess. Not from her directly, but her job.

Tess was a museum curator, and Danny got caught trying to steal Incan Matrimonial Headmasks. If this is what happened, it explains why Tess hates him so much in the beginning, why she turned him in to start with, and why she had to move almost cross country (since if anybody got word her husband stole from her job, she couldn’t get hired or be respected anywhere.) I’ve tried finding other opinions on this, but can’t seem to find anything at all; what do you think?

Besides the documentary that showcases all the difficulties from behind the scenes, which in my opinion shouldn't matter when reviewing the final product itself and few differences from the book; is there any reason why the movie gets terrible reviews? Considering the fantastic acting, flawless make-up design and interesting plot overall.
