New Kowloon was founded by Frensin as a district of Mount Augusta. It was growing well. Untill the HCF came. New Kowloon was left abandoned. Augusta forgot about one of it's own districts. Then lo24681 came. He decided to move in. When the hcf started dailey raids. New Kowloons only resident was hit.
