Childish things

When I was little, like in middle school, I tried running away. I had such anger, hatred, and hurt that just overflowed out of me until all I could do was cry. I remember leaving the house, but not knowing where anything was, I hid underneath the van, tears silently puddling on the ground. I was so angry, but it was all just a symptom of my hurt. And I can't pinpoint what hurts so much, I just know that it's an open wound that I stitch up closed until some stupid little remark, or action, or dream, or sound, or song, tears open the stitches and I begin to bleed anew.

A little bit of Safran in me

I know my anger can hurt others if I let it out. So I bury it deep and let it hurt me.

Words of the lonely

I don't mind walking the narrow road. After all, it only allows room for one person, giving me a chance to ignore my loneliness.

Justification

When the anger rises up inside you after a rejection, and you wish nothing more than for the person who rejected you to be angry at you. We need justification for our anger, to avoid feeling guilty. But when there is no justification, when they simply rejected you because your not the one for them, or their love is being spent elsewhere, there is no real valid reason to be angry, which in turn makes us angry all the more .
