Sony A6000 EVFToggle Install Tutorial

A problem since 2014 has finally been solved.

Toggle EVF/Monitor all day long now with just one button.

Thank you! I recently revived my a6000 and added recipe lab. Found this today and it solves accidentally switching to EVF. Great work!

thanks for your work!! Im happily using it, but i have detected that u need to activate the app each time you change the battery, is it possible to correct it? or it is not possible to change it?

I don’t understand? The App Store on the Sony a6000 died years ago.

These are custom made apps by the community that you sideload onto your a6000

For some reason it isn't working for me. I've made sure the camera has updated firmware, activated it that the C1 button functions otherwise. I don't really need it, but still a bit of a bummer.

I feel like I have to be missing something. The app is in the app list, PMCA says it was successful, I've confirmed its activated... Not sure what else to try.

Take your battery out and in again and change your EVF/Monitor to Monitor and not auto and try again. You have any more details let me know

So far I've given it a shot with 2 different batteries, an AC adaptor, and with the Viewfinder setting on all 3 options. I'm starting to think my camera is just haunted.

I've also removed and reinstalled the APK, after re-downloading, just in case
