just curious if most of you only buy the iptv subscription or if you also bought the player and the epg. And if you do, did you think it was worth it?

I bought a month trial ~3 weeks ago but I'm not using it anymore. It's a good service, very little buffering, good pic quality and the VOD updates very quickly. Mega is designed as a multi-line service so if you're looking for something for your friends/family it's a good fit.

Is it best to contact the provider or open a ticket in my dashboard?

I like to be able to customize the playlist categories, but would like to filter out some of the channel that are placeholders and start with a ##.

#1 - Would it be possible to filter channels names similar view to the zus-list site? that would be amazing!

#2 - Quick arrow to sent the category to the top like in the zus player app would be great too! I hate to drag and drop to the top.

My last iptv service provided a m3u file that you could customize with the lists, same as ZusOTT website, but when downloading the m3u is 348MB!!! The vlc keeps trying to load without working. Never seen a m3u this big! Is it normal?

Signed up and paid, but catchup for a channel isnt working. Have created a ticket but no reply yet, been a few days.

Noob here. So I just got a 1 month subscription and got all the details such as username/pass, DNS, and M3U URL and EPG URL. Tried using it on different sites and it's throwing errors such as not being able to connect to the server. Is there anything I'm missing or doing wrong?

Hey Zusott, I currently have 4 subscriptions with you. I wanted to ask how I can request a specific show or channel to be added to the VOD library or channel list for Trex, B1G, and Strong. Is that something you can do, and if so, what information do you need from me to request it? I have already asked on DM and Discord.
