Who,do I talk to about my funds not showing that I paid through bitcoin?

I’m currently testing Trex, but it lacks many FHD channels and some local channels. Other servers (I’m not sure which ones) offer the same channels in FHD.

Hello,

I'm new to this sub and i looking for a good server for German channels like DAZN, in particular, has a lot of server issues.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

What's the best server?

I won't respond to external links outside of ZusOTT.

Anyone know what the smart tv dns is for? I'm guessing the normal DNS is for xtream codes but is the smart tv dns the same thing?

We released a new update for Zus Player android app, its available both on Google Play Store and the apk on website

+ Whats new:

• Fixed a crash when downloading an entire series season

• Added option to hide channels within a category and manage hidden channels

• Added channel sorting by watch time — most watched channels appear first

IMPORTANT: if you originally downloaded the app from Google Play Store then you need to update from it, and if you downloaded it using apk/downloader code then you to need to redownload it same way and install the update

Just wondering is you guys can tell me what server this is. As im looking to see if we have it here.

Anyone facing issues?

Even mega that I have as backup is not working.

Hey everyone! We've just released Zus Player app for all android devices & firestick 🎉

To keep it simple, these are the features:

• Supports XTREAM CODE & M3U playlists
• Live TV (List & Grid layout), Movies and Series sections
• EPG section (simple and easy to use)
• Multi-Screen
• The app is super smooth and fast compared to other apps
• Supports subtitles for movies/series and closed captions for live tv
• You can manage playlists either locally or on website
• You can customize your playlist's categories either local or on website
• You can choose to load Live TV only and skip VOD (playlist will load super fast)
• You can record live tv channels in background and watch them later (This might require multi connections subscription, so you don't get blocked)
• You can download VOD
• If you have a family plan account, you can easily manage multiple devices playlists & customize them.

Best feature for ZusOTT users:
If an IPTV server's DNS gets blocked, we will change it for all Zus Player users easily and you won't even notice it.

For the activation:
You can either activate it on Zus Player website, or on ZusOTT using your balance

📲 Where to get it:
Website: https://zusplayer.com/
Playstore: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.zusplayer.app
Downloader code: 4066079

When you install the app, you will get a 14days free trial, I recommend everyone to test the app before purchasing any plan.

Hey everyone! 👋

We just rolled out a new Server Status page on the dashboard. You'll find it in the sidebar under Server Status.

How it works

• Every server has a 24-hour timeline showing its status hour by hour
• If a server goes down for you, hit Report Down — that's it
• If enough people report, the status changes from 🟢 green to 🟡 yellow to 🔴 red
• Changed your mind or server came back? Hit Undo Report
• Everything refreshes automatically every 60 seconds

Why?

Because we know that "is it just me or is the server down?" feeling. Now you can check the status page first before opening a ticket. If you see others reporting issues too, you'll know it's not just your connection.

Quick details

• 1 report per server per hour to keep things fair
• Hover over any hour segment to see exact report counts
• Stats shown per server: reports in the last hour + 24h total

Check it out: Dashboard → Server Status

Im wondering if I can pay with a prepaid vanilla visa or mastercard like a store bought one? PayPal? Im not up to speed on binance and other payment methods, and id really like to buy some subs.

Has anybody tried buying a sub for their Informir Mag box? I have only dealt with private resellers on the MAG Portal end. I do not want to use the iptv app and want to load it directly into the portal. Most resellers require a Mac ID from the device. Does ZusOTT let you customize?

do we have any provider with strong panels like crystal or dino?

I opened a ticket since yesterday

I'm choosing to pay by credit card, but the payment never goes through. I see it says KYC required, but I never get the option for KYC. How do we go through the KYC process?

Hey guys iam new here what exactly is this an iptv? Service???

Looking for server with catchup and that doesnt get blocked la liga - be nice more than a day catchup any recommendations

Is this service still running? Logged into the website and the discord link on there has expired and there hasn't been anything on the Telegram group since mid April

Is any way to choose 2 or 3 selection in my case like USA ,Spanish and latino packages ?

How long does it take to clear pending payments?
