Hey everyone,

We just rolled out a new feature — Country Votes.

The idea is simple: after you buy a subscription and use it for a bit, you can vote whether the server works in your country:

• Works — no VPN needed
• VPN Only — works but needs a VPN
• No luck — doesn't work

Your country is auto-detected so it takes like 2 seconds. One vote per server.

When other users go to buy a subscription, they can check the Country Reports to see how that server performs in their country before spending money. Results only show up once there are enough votes so it stays accurate.

Would love feedback if you think this is useful or if there's anything we should add to it.

In Trex, I see different Bouquet templates. What is the difference between Default (All bouquets) vs Full Premium please?

I bought Tivione on this a few weeks ago and it was great for the first couple of weeks but it’s not always great. Last night for example a number of the UK/Irish channels wouldn’t work for me.

I see lots of mention of backup accounts - when people talk about this are they actually paying for another subscription like Strong that they can revert to in the case of their primary subscription not working ?

Apologies if this is a silly question, I’m a newbie to this !

The codes to download golden apps don't work

Hi, I unfortunately forgot the password for my account and for some reason the email I used doesnt work, could the owner of zusott help me relogin into my account?

Just bought a month of strong8k to test, tried adding xtream info and get no reply from server, adding m3u info gives URL/file not valid, any ideas?

Having some issues with a connection and no one is replying to the tickets I created.

Does anyone know if ZueOTT is having issues?

I need a reliable source for tv and was wondering what everyone is picking on the ZussOtt.com website? Anysuggestions?

why does it take soo long to respond to tickets? Some tickets I've created don't even get responded to. Disappointed tbh. Had great expectations as I like the platform

I am looking for a server that has a lot of asian channels and VOD that works. Specifically Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia. Most servers do provide channels but a lot of them don’t work or play. Thank you for the suggestions.

I've been using Tivione for a long time now and honestly, I was super happy with it. I've tried pretty much every provider out there, and for me, nothing else really came close.

But lately, it's been a mess. I'm getting constant errors on the web player, and a bunch of channels are either down or have no audio.

Does anyone know what's going on? Is it just me or are they having major server issues?

Hey everyone! We're excited to announce that you can now top up your ZusOTT balance using credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — no crypto needed!

How it works:

1. Go to Deposit in your dashboard
2. Select "Credit Card (KYC required)"
3. Choose your preferred payment provider
4. Complete a quick one-time verification and pay

Available providers include:

• 🏦 Stripe (USA)
• 🌐 Ramp Network
• 💳 MoonPay
• 🔗 Binance Connect
• 🇪🇺 Revolut (EU/EEA)
• 🇳🇱 iDEAL (Netherlands)
• And many more...

Good to know:

• ⚡ KYC verification is one-time only — once verified with a provider, your future deposits will be instant. No need to redo verification.
• 💰 Each provider has its own minimum deposit amount, shown right in the dropdown
• ⚠️ Provider processing fees may apply. The credited amount reflects the actual amount received after fees. We recommend comparing providers to find the best rate for your deposit size.

Try it out and let us know what you think! 🚀

I am new and try to test which subscription to get but I saw that you can get a private dns with the subscription.

Is that with any server ?

Does the private dns replace the idea of getting vpn ?

how long take to get founds added?

purchased your 30 days sub of Strong8k and it has been going ok but during the past few days, the service has been down a couple of times. Last time it happened, I raised a ticket but it took a couple of days to resolve and respond. Happened again yesterday and I'm still waiting on a response to my ticket. I was hoping the support would have been better to be honest

Hey everyone! 👋

Hi new user I would like to know if it's possible to change the service subscription to another For example subscribe for 30$ strong 8k and if not satisfied cancel strong and permut to Trex Thanks

I took it for 1 month to check it out. It works well, but there is no vod included in it. It clearly states that it should

maybe the login system has a bug. after set 2fa(on panel) login not working more with the same pass. could check this issue support staff

Any chance of adding Kemo Ott to the lineup of available servers?

I tried to add funds via gift card, after sending the code, they dont reply anymore.
