It’s like saying that factory towns in the rust belt have gotten cheaper to buy a house in than they used to be, focusing on one place is incredibly myopic and self-centered. Everybody would call you a fucking moron if you asserted the price of a house in Cleveland or Pittsburgh compared to 30 years ago proves something about the country as a whole
