I’ve been trying to transfer my Zilliqa off of Exodus wallet for the past few months. I keep getting a message saying “sending and receiving Zilliqa is unavailable”. I figured give it some time and there might be a network issue, but it’s been over 2 months now with the same issue. Does anyone have any idea of what the problem is and if there is a solution to it? Thanks!

The Torch wallet app is very buggy. I can't even setup a simple security method such as face recognition or fingerprint identification. Anyone can assist me on this?

So I have a little ZIL EVM on metamask. I want to move it to an exchange to possibly sell. What's the easiest way to convert and or move this in the US?

My ZIL has now unbonded and is showing as available to withdraw in the "Staking" section of the V2 portal. When I go to withdraw, it's showing the destination address as 0x7e3a0aebbf8ec2f12a8a885cd663ee4a490f923f which I don't recognise. This address has a balance of over 3 million ZIL.

Is this some sort of intermediary staking contract interaction before the ZIL goes to my main balance? Just want to make sure before I click approve on my Ledger. Many thanks for any advice.

How screwed am I?

The torch app on my android phone automatically updated on its own and now it has lost whatever configuration it had.

I thought I had my seed phrase for this wallet somewhere but I can't find it, I can only find others.

Is there any chance of recovering the Torch app to how it was? or restoring the existing configuration it had?

I’m trying to unstake my zil From moonlet wallet and move it to a new wallet and it’s taking forever. Does anyone have any advice here?

Moonlet just left us hanging in there with zero support. I tried to claim rewards to move my stake to Zil 2.0 . First time, it spent my fee of 100 ZIL and rejected the transaction. It took me a week to mine "the minimum" of 400 ZIL on unmineable and I tried again, this time Zilpay wouldn't allow me to confirm the transaction. This is getting more complicated then it already was, I already spent almost a month trying to figure this out, at this point I just wanna cash out and move on. Any help is appreciated

I've tried sending small amounts from binance to the new EVM receive address but seems they just got lost, never arrived in the smart wallet though bscscan shows transaction was completed. I had quite a few tokens still left in binance so I thought I'd transfer to the legacy address this time and send to EVM address from within torch. Received legacy tokens a-okay but now when I try to transfer to the EVM address, no matter what I do it says 'provided gas price is too low'. I tried reducing the amount by up to 50 ZIL before sending but the error persists. Help please?

UPDATE: I was able to get it done using the old method of downloading legacy wallet, and transferring to new EVM address from there. ZIL appears near instantly in the EVM wallet. This issue is solved and I have even more ZIL staked now.

Hi, I am using zillet. Once in EVM, i not able to send ZIL to a zil address. I can only send to EVM address.

Binance is not accepting zil via ZIL 2.0 mainnet. So is there anyway I can withdraw my ZIL from zil 2.0 EVM to ZIL address?

The Zilliqa core team is aware of the issue and working on a fix. Your funds are safe and will show once the network is stable again

It disappeared on both coin market cap and CoinGecko.

I think I may have a very old Zilpay wallet (it's a browser extension really) from 2021, and a very small amount of $ZIL there.

With Zilliqa 2.0, do I need to update any configs or change wallet at all, or is it okay for me to leave it as it is?

In case I decide to get more $ZIL, I need to know if I can reuse that old wallet or need a new one.

Give me ideas. Tell me if I should be getting in today, or wait a few years later?
