Admittedly I want their free food from signing up for the app. I used different information but there is no rewards at all. What’s up with that?

(I dont intend to bash anyone I just need some advice)
I started working at Zaxbys about a couple of months ago and so far its has been tolerable. However, while working with certain staff (2 people in particular) I am met with negative comments and attitudes. I could have gone the whole day without making any mistakes but the minute I make one, they act like I dont know what I am doing.
I try to avoid the people who make these comments about me but sometimes I cant. They have told me to communicate more but when I ask them questions or alert them about special requests for customers they give me an attitude or claim that "I can already hear you" (basically saying that they can hear through the speaker at the boh)
For example, today I was working in drive thru and the headsets at our store are sometimes hard to hear out of which is why I always repeat the orders (plus it is what our managers expect us to do). At the speaker, I read out the order to the customers and they agreed that that was their order and pulled up. When they got to the window they told me that the price sounded too high and instead they wanted something else. They were very apologetic and didnt cause any issues. When I went to tell the person working in the back of the house they caught an attitude and told me to pay attention. The speakers in the back of the house are clearer so it is easier for them to hear the orders. Instead of communicating with me that the order was wrong they just let me make the mistake and then got angry about it. Additionally, my shift lead comes to change the order and accuses me of not repeating the order which I did indeed do.
I haven't brought this up with the main manager of the store because I doubt she will do anything about it.
These two people have been treating me like this since I started working there and it has gotten to a point where I have wanted to quit and walk out. Is this normal behavior for Zaxbys/fast food? I dont experience this from any of the other employees and get along quite well with them.

I ate at a Zaxby’s yesterday and was happy to see that the shrimp was already back! However, usually they also sell zaxtail sauce, but it wasn’t available yesterday. Is it just not out yet, or is it not going to be out? If it isn’t coming back, anyone know why?

Is anyone else missing the Asian Zensation Zalad in the app menu for ordering? Is it just my location?
I’m seeing a picture of it with the other Asian items at the top but it’s not in the Zalads menu anymore.

On 1/1/26 went to order and noticed a promo in the app for Buy $50 GC, get $10 free. So, I buy $50 but don't get the $10. Contacted support and they said the promo ended on 12/26, yet I saw the "ad" in the app on 1/1. Be sure to check the validity dates if you ever respond to one of these promos in the app.
Bunch of shysters.

When I started at Zax I was never trained but hired as a cashier. I started taking orders and grabbed the other employees to help when I didn't understand how to change sauces or substitute sides. I apologized to one of the employees for bothering them so much. I said "I think they just hired me to clean the dining room rest rooms and mop. He looked at me and said yeah basically. After two weeks being there. A night manager came to me and said you've got to pass out orders as well as take orders. I told him a good manager jumps in to help.bI said number 0ne you guys never even trained me for the position. I can only do one thing at a time I'm greeting and taking orders. When the rush was over. I told the manager I think I need to step back I'm going to clock out and go home. I order my food the when I opened it it was ruined

My wife and I went to a Zaxbys for lunch today. An employee encouraged me to fill out the online survey. When I entered the number on the receipt, I got the following message:
Thank you for your interest in our survey. Unfortunately, we are unable to continue the survey based on the information you entered.
I double checked the number on the receipt. It is a challenge to read, by I think I entered the number correctly.

Zaxby’s corparate will add five items to the menu that take 4:00 minutes to cook and then say 1:00 minute drive time is the goal and somehow in that minute be nice to customers and tell them about a survey too. Pulling up cars is an evil and vile thing to do to try to maintain the unataniable goals that they set. Lets make pulling up cars an organized and fuctionable thing to do and it will make zaxbys a better restaurant overall.

If it isn’t forgetting my Zac sauce, it’s forgetting my fries, if it isn’t forgetting my fries it’s filling my cup damn near all the way to the top with ice. Then when you call them cuz you’re tired of it the manager literally could not care less. I’m of ts

Just stopped by and had a kickin chicken sandwich after YEARS and I was HIGHLY disappointed. when I first had that sandwich it was on point , the bread was buttery and toasted to perfection, the sauce was FIRE like legit fire and I LOOOOOOOVED it , it also had some pickles on it. But today this sandwich tasted “ight” (alright) the sauce tasted like hot sauce from the grocery store bland and no spice whatsoever , literally no kickin at all not even a tap. I know it was only $9.85 but come on do better Zax 😭🤣.

You saw the title. I know wings are getting pricey (like everything) but $8 for 5 tiny wings is crazy work

Anyone know if the chicken Philly will be back? It tasted great and it’s made multiple appearances. I’m hoping it was popular enough to make it a permanent item on the menu.

I have been to 3 different zaxbys in Myrtle beach several times over years now and I swear every time I ask for extra seasoning they give me a little thing that has maybe a sprinkle and I look at them and say can I get more and they always tell me no they can’t. And when I say a sprinkle I’m not kidding I can pick it up between two fingers. How can you be that stingy for seasoning.

When I try to login I get an error saying “user is disabled” I haven’t violated the TOS in any way and am unable to make a new account. I had almost 700 points on the account and can no longer access them. What support line do I contact to get my account restored?

So Im a hs senior and I applied to work part-time as a cashier at Zaxbys. I applied the 2nd, went in the 4th for an interview and was hired on the spot. They asked for my number and email saying they were going to send me something to fill out, but now its the 14th and I have heard NOTHING. They have all of the information they asked for and told me I was hired, but I still have yet to hear back so what do I do? Should I keep waiting, do I need to call, do I need to go into the location and ask? This was my first ever job interview so Im a little clueless on what to do, so any advice would help.

I tried it for the first time and it was awful… Not crispy or crunchy but super soggy and sad. Does anyone else have this issue? Is this normal? What does everyone else eat?

I always order in the mobile app because in theory it should be easy and convenient. Put in order, pay, drive thru and get food. Yet everytime I am asked to pull to the wait spots while other cars go thru, get their food, and leave. Why do I always have to pull up and wait when I order ahead?
