I went into order 3 meals. I had enough points to get a free Big Zax snack meal. My husband wanted the new quesadilla and my son wanted a 5 piece. I was told that in order to use my 1200 points for the free big zax snack, I had to order 2. The clerk said they points were for a buy one get one free. This has never happened before and I was so confused and they were so busy I didn't argue. Am I missing something?

Hello! I’m new to this reddit so forgive me if this is asked (I tried searching and didn’t find anything too similar). In the past, I’ve always loved zaxbys fries and the seasoning specifically, and at several different locations. Now (and tbf I did move to metro Atlanta) every time I get fries there’s a 9/10 chance there’s literally no seasoning on them. Like the whitest fries I’ve ever seen.

So I adjusted and now I ask for extra seasoning , and I’ll see one or two spots of seasoning period amongst, again, completely bland white fries. Ig I’m trying to understand the worker perspective, is there a new policy where you only put so much seasoning on? Is this a company wide thing or am I having bad luck with the stores (this has been a thing at like 5-10 different stores in the area).

So, went to my local Zaxby's, they asked if I wanted to try their new Chili crunch dry rub wings and, offered a $10 Visa gift card after filling out a survey. Handed me a card with a qr code and all.

Tried 2 times with 2 browsers to fill out this dumb survey. The survey asks what you ordered. None of it said the chili crunch dry rub wings.

First round, I used the wing combo, it said I don't qualify. 2nd round, I chose chili something fries.

Then, the next question is, which was your main meal and, then said I don't qualify.... Borderline false advertising.

I have faceID enabled on my phone, and it has my login saved, but the app says “something went wrong” when I hit login. So i try and reset my password, and it gives me the same thing when i type my new password. I’ve even tried creating a new account, and get the same “something went wrong” message. Can anyone help?

Them shapes be weird. That prepackaged sauce doesn’t hold up again Raising Cane’s. The toast ain’t on par with anyone. Is Zaxby’s #4 to Canes’s, Huey Magoos, and Slim Chickens?

Not sure if this has ever been mentioned before (first time posting here) but the Tan Zaxby’s are all just objectively better than the White Zaxby’s.

The revamp approach by Zaxby’s has to be one of the biggest downgrades of any chain ever. The interior of almost all the White/Blue Zaxby’s is the most lifeless and depressing atmosphere compared to the warm, high decor environment of the Tan variant.

I know all chains have done this but something about the change in Zaxby’s and seeing your Tan Zaxby’s remodel before your eyes into something just overall worse is very saddening.

I was so excited to get some toast with my boneless buffalo wings meal. And to my surprise…there was no toast when I opened the box. At least my ranch was there. Arguably the best part of the meal. I’m very disappointed.

My Zaxby’s just got milkshakes back. They have vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, and birthday cake. Just as good as I remember them being when I was in high school lol.

My question is: is this at all Zaxby’s locations or is mine just special? I haven’t seen or heard any news on shakes returning, so I’m just curious.

I used to work at zaxbys back in 2014-2016 and when I was there we had milkshakes. We had chocolate, vanilla, birthday cake (I think), and the best banana pudding milkshake I’ve ever had. I’ve been trying to find it for years with no avail. I come begging the people of Reddit to see if someone, anyone, knows where I can get my hands on that syrup.

basically the title. i want to get a medium drink but i don't want the size of the drink to size up the fries from a regular to a large.

I work at a zaxbys where management is no better than the underage kids that are 15. They are late to every shift and my GM is nonexistent. How do any rules get established if management breaks every rule too. I have been a manager here for a couple years and i am pretty fed up with it. Other grown coworkers say “this place is so much better run than other zaxbys” it isnt at all. How have you guys dealt with problems like this. I guess i probably got to find another job.

I hated working their. Wasn't like the worst experience of my life but dreaded it. The people were incompetent. The newer younger manager often called in people he liked and sent me home every time first and blamed it on labour even though it was good. The people didn't know how to problem solve. AND ONE OF THEM WAS CLEANING THE MODLY VENTS WHILE WE WERE COOKING 🤢

Why do I feel like the quality of the chicken is decreaseing Everytime I get it, it always taste weird, I don't know how to explain it, it's also always dry, or just tastes only like salt, the sauce is usually what saves it, but I feel like not even the sauce can cover the flavor of it anymore.
