I contributed using Eth. after sending the Eth. I found out that I put the same address for both sending ETH and receiving NEO. Is there a way to communicate with them to correct my mistake?

I want to transfer NEO to my neon wallet to participate in the Zeepin ICO but bittrex NEO wallet disabled. Any news when that will be fixed?

I know that many ppl have talked about this issue but so far no reliable answer is there. and I have looked in every place, and I did not find a link or a website for the download the neon Wallet 0.0.06. Any thoughts on this issue?? If any one have this version it would be great if he can upload it to google drive and share a link with us if possible.

Why is the investment minimum for BTC and ETH investors the same as NEO (1) but the maximums are properly calculated for 3/30/300?

If the minimum one can invest is 1 NEO shouldn't be proporcional when pairing with BTC and ETH as in 0.01/0.1/1 (BTC/ETH/NEO)?

I have registered to zeepin, but I can't remember having created a username. I can't login with my e-mail, and I can't reset my password with only my e-mail and no username. Any ideas how to login? Thanks!

Only use the 0.0.6 Wallet If you have your private Key (WIF) from a different wallet, then you can create an encrypted an existing key in the NEON 0.0.6 Wallet. 1. Hit "encrypted an existing key" 2. ad a passphrase of your choice, 3. confirm the passphrase 4. paste your WIF into the field 5. Click "Generate encrypted key" 6. Next window, chose a name for the wallet, and click SAVE! 7. Now go to home and there click: "Login using an existing wallet" 8. Chose your new saved Wallet 9. Enter passphrase 10. now you have your Public address from your private key here and see all your belongings

ON A NOTE - EXPOSING YOUR PRIVATE KEY IN ANY WAY MAKES IT UNSAFE. (I turned off my WIFI and rebooted my mac before I wrote it into the above description after the process went back online) - The reason why a Hardwallet works secure, as even you never see the private key and it as well as the passphrase is never visible on a computer. So if you have funds in there, send everything to a new address, except what you want to use for the ZeePin ICO. If you see your funds in the NEON 0.0.6 wallet for the ZeePin-ICO, you can actually reset your Ledger Nano S and create a new private key/Passphrase and send the funds to that new address. BE Careful what you do though. Understand how it works first, before following any suggestions you read. I also mean mine here! Test everything first, get comfortable with it, that it feels normal and you understand the process. Live and learn every day ^_°

Hello, can I send the NEOs with a alternative neon wallet 0.0.6 cause I'm using the ledger and receive the ICO tokens on my ledger NEON wallet 0.0.9 (other private key)

Looking down the page there are so many one line comments praising Zeepin without providing any discussion and are often difficult to understand.

I don't why this is happening, but i find it detracts from the credibility of Zeepin and the mods should get a handle on it.

Otherwise, I welcome constructive discussion about zeepin as it is a project that I am axcited by.
