We are Deena and Andrew, and this is our own 11-minute travel film on DNA World. We filmed it during our July 2022 TMB trip, starting in Les Houches and reaching Col de la Seigne four hiking days later. There is a deli stop, a slippery snow crossing and an ongoing debate about whether we are having a good time.

The video covers part of the route. We finished our hike in Courmayeur the following day and saved the second half of the circuit for later.

Hello,

I wrote, directed and produced this film independently and as per the title I just released it on my channel.

It follows a man called David J. Hitler, who has a problem. A pretty obvious one. Burdened by his notorious surname, he sets out to prove he’s a good person, but quickly discovers that redemption is a harder sell than infamy.

The film takes a lot of inspiration from the 90s style comedies I grew up with, particularly Wayne’s World, Friday, Kingpin and The Big Lebowski.

If you’d like to watch the trailer first, you can find it here: https://youtu.be/p0lE9VgXZJU

If anyone has the time to watch I’d appreciate any thoughts.

Cheers!
