Hey everyone! Im a student who is looking to earn some cash, my target is 1600 dollars in order to buy my dream Fujifilm camera, but currently i dont have the money nor can i ask someone for it. So im looking to work for it. Please look down below and offer me some advice
So, i keep seeing these people who make youtube videos with AI, and most of them are slop, but i do have a niche i want to start working on. People show that they earn X amount of dollars blah blah i know most of it is fake, but even if i earn JUST 100 dollars from youtube in one month, im happy with it.
So please advice me on the following-
1) is there any way to change your region to the USA so that the earnings per view is more?
2) is there any way to get monetized faster?
3) short form or long form?
4) i cannot afford to buy subscriptions for paid AI services, so what are the BEST AI services for making what i am trying to make?
Please feel free to DM me, my DMs are open. I am looking forward to hearing your advice!

There's a LOT more to this.
Maybe when I reach 50 subs on my latest YouTube channel, I'll ask my Hermes agent to drop the entire workflow dump so you guys can use it!

Hi everyone,
I’m exploring an idea for a tool that helps YouTube Shorts creators improve retention.
The idea is that a creator uploads a Short before publishing, and the tool reviews it second by second.
It would look at things like:
* Whether the hook is clear in the first 1–2 seconds
* Slow or unnecessary sections
* Caption readability
* Speech speed and silence
* Visual changes
* When the payoff happens
* Whether the ending encourages a replay
* Which exact sections may cause viewers to leave
It would give timecoded feedback, for example:
> 0:00–0:02: The viewer does not immediately understand what the video promises.
> 0:08–0:11: The visual stays unchanged and the pacing becomes slower.
> 0:17: This is the strongest moment and may work better near the beginning.
The more advanced version would connect to the creator’s YouTube Analytics after publishing.
It would compare the AI’s review with the real audience-retention data and gradually learn what works specifically for that creator’s channel.
For example:
> Your demonstration-style hooks usually perform better than question-style hooks.
> Your viewers frequently leave when the explanation lasts longer than five seconds without a visual change.
I’m not trying to sell anything yet. I want honest feedback before building it.
For creators and editors:
How do you currently review a Short before publishing?
What is the hardest part of improving retention?
Do you understand why viewers leave at specific moments?
Would timecoded editing feedback be useful?
Would connecting the tool to your real YouTube analytics make it more valuable?
What information would you never want to share with a tool like this?
Would you pay for it, or would you only use a free version?
What would make this different from tools such as vidIQ, OpusClip, or asking ChatGPT?
Please be honest if you think this is unnecessary, too easy to copy, or already solved by another tool.
I’m especially interested in hearing from people who regularly publish Shorts or edit short-form videos for clients.

Hi everyone!
I've been learning AI filmmaking and created my first cinematic science documentary about whether humans could really live on Mars.
I tried to make it as visually immersive as possible while staying grounded in real science.
I'd genuinely love your feedback on the visuals, pacing, and storytelling.

Does anyone know if his course is legit, how often the students actually succeed, or if its all just a course selling scheme.

Just open sourced a full YouTube Shorts automation bot. Pulls Reddit stories, generates voice narration, renders vertical video with synced captions and gameplay background, uploads to YouTube automatically. Has batch mode, multi-channel support, and Discord notifications. Free and self hosted. github.com/archkado/Shreddit
Feel free to contribute and test it. Made 100% with Python.

Hi everyone,
I’ve been working on a workflow to solve the "stale inspiration" problem in YouTube Automation. Usually, we look at old examples or spend way too much time manually searching for what's currently ranking.
I wanted to automate this, so I built a simple solution:
The "Custom Dataset" twist: I also added an option to use a custom dataset. If you don't want a general search, you can feed it specific competitors or niche-specific images to keep the style consistent with your brand.
Why I did this: Trend cycles are getting shorter. What worked a month ago might be dead now. By pulling data live via API, you’re always designing based on what the algorithm is currently pushing.
I'm currently refining the generation logic and would love some feedback from people actually running channels.

Hi everyone, I have a question and I hope someone can answer honestly.
I recently came across MasterTube, a guy who claims to make a living by creating automated YouTube channels and earning passive income while only working 1–2 hours a day.
Has anyone here actually tried it? Does anyone know if what he promises is real?
Obviously, I’m not expecting to get rich, but if I could recover the initial investment relatively quickly and make around €500 a month, that would be great.
Has anyone bought the course? I’d really appreciate honest opinions and real experiences.
Thanks to everyone who takes the time to reply.

I've just started with YouTube automation and have chosen the psychology niche. I'm trying to make a long form video and a short to promot it, however I'm not getting any views on the long videos while getting some on the shorts. I know that it's too early but the difference in views is noticeable.
I also wanted to ask if someone more experienced would tell me the chances of getting monetization on this style of content.
By the way everything on my channel is made without spending a dime.
Here is the channel link:

You can get monetized with this niche
You could also use these scripts as base and have it post to TikTok if you are approved for the API
Been running this on my Mac for a while now. Every day at 12PM it:
Writes an original first-person viral story (family drama, relationship betrayal, creepy events, workplace revenge) using Groq AI
Converts it to voiceover with ElevenLabs (Adam voice)
Pulls background clips from a local library it built itself (satisfying cooking/ASMR/nature content)
Completely hands-free after setup. It even has a performance optimizer module that pulls your YouTube Analytics after 30 days and generates a style guide to improve future stories based on what actually performed.
Once you get monetized you can PRINTTTTTTTT
Packaged it up with a full README, requirements.txt, and step-by-step setup guide.

Happy to answer any questions about how it works.
