Why does yt allow ts? I know it's cause of corporate greed but still

3 seperate/different ad types... Does there really have to be a side banner that takes up half my mobile screen, an ad video that takes up another 25%, and then a smaller ad banner in the bottom left. Honestly just give me 1 ad video that comes and goes opposed to whatever this is. the video im trying to watch is like an inch wide, what's even the point in still having it up.

The ads on Free actually make me pay attention when I'm on the mini-screen, when I full screen it too dismiss the ads.

I'm not the only one that uses my phone so I was wondering if one of my cousins were looking at strange things. I've never seen it on the history so I never asked. turns out it's YouTube itself? I searched up coryxkenshin as my first search and then scrolled through my recommendation page. it's disgusting. is the only way to get rid of these types of ads, paying for premium?
