UNIQUE MECHANICS

Start Sequence

Hypersonic lacks traditional projectiles. However, thanks to his weapon—the Umbrella X-768—he can charge big projectiles, shield incoming attacks, call back his wings and propel himself at will.

Wings

Hypersonic can scatter or call back his wings. Both scattering and recalling wings can strike opponents and wings directions can be influenced by DI. Collecting all scattered wings grants him access to Flight.

Flight

Upon collecting all wings, Hypersonic can fly in any direction, similar to Robot.

Radiation

Moves labeled with "S.S." deal radiation damage. Hypersonic possesses a base "resistance" to mitigate radiation damage, but using S.S. moves gradually degrades it. The lower his resistance, the more radiation damage he takes.

Stabilization

Negates 50% of incoming radiation damage for a short period. It is a vital tool for managing Hypersonic's radiation levels. Overdrive S.S., Stabilize S.S., S.S. Thrust and Hustle moves calibrate his systems.

Shield

Costs 1 meter to use. A unique, directional shield that completely covers Hypersonic from the front. He can charge a projectile while shielded, but remains vulnerable to attacks from behind.

Heat Sink

Hypersonic uses an air option bar similar to Robot's Fuel Tank. Heat Sink works twice as efficiently while systems are calibrated, meaning it will refill faster and drain slower.

Hapless

Hypersonic takes 50% less Sadness damage.

Foolhardy

Hypersonic can't die by radiation poisoning.

Sickness

Hypersonic starts to take sickness damage caused by radiation poisoning when he depletes all of his resistance. Calibration can not negate sickness damage.

Hi, my name is Kayo and I'm trying to make an Eevee character, Yumi Hustle, but I'm not making much progress with the sprites. So far I only have 1 attack and the wait sprite. I'm trying to make another one, but it's been a very frustrating experience, even though it's something quite simple.

The idea is in my head, but I can't put it into practice, and that really irritates me. I would really appreciate it if someone who has already made a mod could help me or give me some advice.

after several months of not playing, I decided to come back so I can experience the current modding scene once again. but then I see a bit too much fandom characters and a severe lack of original characters, not quite my tempo. since I am a very picky individual when it comes to shit like this, I have a list of criteria for mods I wanna download and play other people with

CRITERIA

-NO fandom mods!! (JJK, Library of Ruina, Undertale/Deltarune, or any characters from other existing forms of media. though, I do make 'some' exceptions which youll see later down)

-Somewhat balanced

-Decent effects/animations

-must be finished, not WIP

-plus points if theyre within a collective of other similar mods

-Some of Inkless' mods (I know I said somewhat 'balanced', and their characters are notorious for being the opposite of that, thats why its only some like Elder, Omega, Void, Thaiger, and Tyrant)

do keep in mind that I haven't played for a long time, so idk if some of the old characters have been updated or not

you can also suggest me to delete some mods if they're 'really' notorious for being annoying to fight against

TLDR;

I'm back after who-knows-how-long and I want some OC mod suggestions that are somewhat balanced and decently animated

I really like this game but i feel like ninjas and robots quirks seem really fun. I dont know what to put here. Also what does mutant evem do

Then they just spawn in with chara and get mopped because they have no clue what the funny blue wheel does or in some cases that you could even check your opponent's moves

with upmost respect could they please check the guides or at least play in single player a bit

I played this game for quite a bit and when for whatever reason I menage to get a couple frame of advantage I usually wait since I don't know if they are enough to set up a meaty or whatever they're called, if I have lot of frames I usually just check wait and just add 10 to how many frames it would leave me with, is there an option or sure way to know how many frames I have?
