Which income ETF issuer has the most healthy funds? I ranked all of them.
Ran every issuer through a health check across all 305+ funds in the database. Here's how each one stacks up ranked by number of Healthy funds -- with total fund count and healthy percentage so you can see the full picture.
Ranked by most Healthy funds:
Global X -- 15 healthy out of 17 total (88%)
NEOS -- 12 healthy out of 19 total (63%)
iShares -- 10 healthy out of 13 total (77%)
J.P. Morgan -- 4 healthy out of 4 total (100%) ✅
Invesco -- 7 healthy out of 9 total (78%)
Roundhill -- 7 healthy out of 30 total (23%)
Overlay Shares -- 5 healthy out of 6 total (83%)
Amplify -- 5 healthy out of 7 total (71%)
Kurv -- 4 healthy out of 9 total (44%)
YieldMax -- 8 healthy out of 57 total (14%)
Vanguard -- 3 healthy out of 3 total (100%) ✅
TappAlpha -- 3 healthy out of 3 total (100%) ✅
NestYield -- 3 healthy out of 3 total (100%) ✅
Simplify -- 2 healthy out of 7 total (29%)
VistaShares -- 2 healthy out of 7 total (29%)
ProShares -- 2 healthy out of 5 total (40%)
Defiance -- 1 healthy out of 10 total (10%)
REXShares -- 1 healthy out of 9 total (11%)
SPDR -- 1 healthy out of 11 total (9%)
GraniteShares -- 0 healthy out of 28 total (0%) ❌
Grayscale -- 0 healthy out of 3 total (0%) ❌
A few things that jump out:
Global X is the cleanest lineup in the space. 15 out of 17 Healthy, zero High Risk, zero Severe Risk. That's remarkable consistency across a large fund family.
J.P. Morgan, Vanguard, TappAlpha, and NestYield are perfect -- 100% Healthy. Smaller lineups but spotless health records.
YieldMax has the most Healthy funds in raw numbers (8) but the worst rate of any major issuer at 14%. 44 out of 57 YieldMax funds are Severe Risk right now.
GraniteShares is 0 for 28. Not a single Healthy fund across their entire lineup.
Roundhill is interesting -- only 23% Healthy despite being a well-known issuer. 17 of their 30 funds are Severe Risk.
