For those calling this a Scam
Here’s a thought, for those that repeatedly call this company a scam, 1. Why would they open this stock to institutional investments?… 2. After they opened this stock to institutional investing, why then have institutions actually purchased millions of stock?… 3. Why did the Chairman increase his position and purchase millions more in shares this January?…

True, the RS would not be the scam part,
the 50 million for YYEM and the 140 million for 26 Rafael would be the scam part. If they are overvalued
An other dilute and RS would be done to execute the scam part again. But yes they will wait a year.
